Cute bag, my daughter loves it.

Good four compartments. One for laptop and papers nicely padded. One for everything then one for small items. Last one for easy access such as cords. Chargers. Lights. Wonder how it goes when put in washing and drying machines . Great color. Especially in the dark. Received many compliments. Trying not to use full capacity though.

Use it for school. Excellent quality and customer service.

Beautiful color and embroidery come with the luxe version! Very thoughtful to have a version for women. Great look but just as sturdy! The 15" laptop fits perfectly too

I had been using the Women's Jester backpack since 2017 for everyday commute, school, and work. I was reluctant to change as none of the newer models have as much storage as my old one. I was really struggling to decide between the new Jester, Borealis, Recon, or Surge. The Jester was way too small and had no extra pockets, or good front/back divide. The Recon and Surge were both too heavy and bulky despite having similar capacity as my old backpack. I settled on the Borealis for its good padding, divided spaces, relatively good storage that didn't come at the cost of weight and bulkiness. After using the Borealis for a month, I've come to really prefer the protection the padding has compared to my old Jester. My laptop feels a lot more protected, and the backpack is more comfortable for long wear.

Daughter uses backpack daily for school. Material holds up very well.

The bag is very spacious and has different sections for different things like laptop or small toiletries or office stuff
