I purchased this bookbag in August and by October, it has already ripped. Given North Face's reputation for durable products, I expected much better. However, the real issue has been the terrible experience with their warrant process. I've sent THREE EMAILS and received NO RESPONSE. When I finally called, they claimed they never got my emails. To make things worse, it takes 6-8 weeks to attempt a repair. Seriously, 8 weeks? When I asked for an alternative (like a loaner bag), she just said to send it during winter break- which, of course, isn't 8 weeks. I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and lack of support. I expected much better.

Nice color and light backpack.

This color is very beautiful and I can carry everything I need. It's very easy to clean. I like everything about it.

I was so excited to purchase a North Face backpack for my daughter - after researching online, I found stories of these backpacks lasting into college, so it felt like the right investment to make for high school. Unfortunately, 2 months into the school year, there are holes in the water bottle pocket, that seem to be spreading up from the bottom. I called North Face (and talked to a lovely person), and the solution would require giving up my daughter's backpack for a month while they decide if it's within the warranty. I wish I could just take it to a store for a replacement. I expected high quality from North Face and made a point to purchase directly from the website. Also of note - when I called they said that the water bottle pockets are not made for water bottles larger than 20 oz. That is nowhere in the product description, so I just want to make people aware of that expectation.

I love that it's comfy and doesn't hurt my shoulders. Helps keep my stuff organized

Love this backpack so much! It's sleek and can hold so much. It's so pretty and I love these little rose gold bits and bobs. The color is beautiful.

it is such a good backpack. It gives amazing support and offers you a variety of utility even though it doesn't have many compartments. It's still offers great organization and doesn't strain my shoulders or my back regardless of how many items I put in it.

Perfect school backpack. Has plenty of space but doesn't look bulky. Also has great back support.

It has made a big difference for me when I go to class since the padding on the backpack supports my back, and it doesn't strain when I wear it on one shoulder. I also carry books, an iPad, and a laptop, and my Jansport bag would grow pretty heavy. My shoulders would get red marks from it. It didn't provide a lot of storage either. This bag has a ton of room. You won't feel the weight of carrying a lot of stuff. It offers storage and a variety of carrying choices. The ability to stand alone is something I truly appreciate, especially in class. I'm not stumbling over my backpack, and neither are other people.

Amazing Quality! Had it for a Few weeks now and my Main concern was the cleaning of this light colored backpack and to my surprise is quite easy! Best backpack purchase in a while
