My daughter loved the look of the backpack. However, the mesh for the cupholders almost immediately started to tear. My wife emailed customer service, but never received a response.

Not what I was expecting.
Too bulky on the side strap
2 pockets plus 2 side for water bottles
- main side has two compartments for laptop and files/folders
- pencil areas pockets

Specs say the backpack can fit a 16 in Macbook Pro. Technically, a 16 in can fit, just not in the laptop sleeve. With a the flimsy bottom of this backpack, I would not risk it! Very disappointed! :(
