I spent FOREVER asking customer service about the sizing of these pants and was told they run true to size. I own a LOT of Ariat jeans and I can tell you these do NOT run true to size. I was very frustrated to try them on and find they are a size to small. They are really nice jeans and I will be ordering another pair, but I will definitely have to go up a size.

Perfect fit, as always. I'm never let down with Ariat jeans. This pair is amazing.

I have an athletic build with thick thighs and a smaller waist, and finding jeans that actually fit both areas well has always been a challenge. The Ariat Trouser Cut jeans are the only ones I've found that truly flatter my shape without feeling tight in the thighs or leaving a big gap at the waist. They have a really classy look, which makes them versatile. I can easily wear them to work and dress them up to look professional, but they're also durable and comfortable enough to wear out in the corrals. It's rare to find jeans that balance fit, comfort, and style this well. If you have a similar build and struggle to find jeans that fit right, these are definitely worth trying.

These are nice trousers.. only complaint is the lining of the front pockets is white wish the lining was black so. It as visible.

The fit of these pants is perfect! The hold their shape and are soft and comfortable and slightly stretchy. I get compliments every time I wear them.

Great black trouser pant. Slightly stretchy with a good, comfortable fit. I usually wear a 26 in ariat perfect and midrise trousers and bought a 26 and they fit well. 5'4" so I buy the 33" inseam and cuff them.

These trousers give a nice little classy boost to any outfit and pair beautifully with cowgirl boots! They have plenty of stretch, but as I've found with all black denim, I should have sized up. I was hoping I wouldn't have to with Ariat, but black denim is just different than regular denim. I still LOVE the pants and will wear them plenty.

These black pants are the perfect answer to an occasion that calls for boots, but something slightly nicer than blue jeans. I love them and will live in them at professional livestock events. Ariat, I beg you - please make these in more colors! It's been at least a decade since anyone made a khaki pant for women that looked nice with a standard cowboy boot. I would live in these if you made them in grey or khaki, too! Fit wise, I would say they run very true to size. On the inseam, I do find they run slightly shorter than some of the other Ariat jeans I've purchased recently. I usually run in between a short and a medium inseam. I ordered these in short, and they are okay. If I purchased another pair I might order them in regular inseam to have options for a higher heel boot. If you run in between lengths, you might size long.

Love these trousers. I love the fact they are black. These trousers can be worn in so many different ways. Dress up or dress down. Comfortable fit and wonderful quality. I highly recommend every woman having a pair in her wardrobe.

Love these! Super comfortable and true to size. These pants are on trend and quite flattering. They fit where needed and then the leg opens up to a comfortable wide leg that is very on-trend right now.

I love these pants! Dress them up or down, you'll never go wrong with them. There's just enough stretch in them to be comfortable, but they don't get baggy throughout the day. Wash them regularly and they're still the same. I now have two pairs of these for work and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more. They fit exactly as I expect - every time. When I figure out what their twin/equal is in blue jeans, I'll be buying more of them as well.

I bought these to accommodate my very tall Casanova boots, they are great! Hoping they hold the color as advertised, super-comfy and look so nice. Nice for work and dog obedience trials, where I want to be comfy but look dressy...so far seem to hold color (2 washings, cold water) and NO loss of pigment along folds like other black jeans.

I like the fit, I don't love black though. I thought when I bought them that they were a dark blue, oops.

These pants were just the right length and look great on!

Nice quality pants, just not for me. Im short and they were way too wide and long. Sizing runs small.
