I love the body of this shirt, but the sleeves are very long!
They almost cover my fingers! I rolled them up, but since the cuffs are so wide it's a bit bulky. Not sure if I'll keep or send back.

Very disappointed in sizing. Like the style and length. When first put on, the XS fit very loose. The sleeves are long and needed three roll ups to sit on wrist. Liking the oxford, color and style (not being so big), I gave it a try by wearing for several hours. Not comfortable or flattering (for young or my age). Will call LLBean to look into returning (don't have LLBean card + no store).
Disappointed,

I have several llbean oxfords shirts and love them. This new style is too short in length. Please bring back your original style.

The proportions are odd. Sleeves and front pocket are out of proportion with the length of the shirt. The cropped length is just out of balance with the rest of the shirt, which is sort of oversized.

While it may be an oxford style shirt, the fabric is not the expected crisp oxford cloth that was used in the past. I am very disappointed as I was expecting the quality of past shirts.

I've been looking high and low for a classic 100% cotton oxford cloth blouse/shirt to replace one I got from LL Bean some years ago. LL Bean used to be the go-to place for real oxford cloth. But I'm still looking. WHY can't you leave well enough alone, LL Bean? WHY is there spandex in this shirt? (Who needs "stretch" in a shirt/blouse of this style? That's ridiculous.) And WHY is the actual 100% cotton oxford cloth blouse that is offered treated with stuff to make it wrinkle-free? (That process imbeds the cloth with junk that is both bad for the wearer and bad for the environment.) Give us a break. Just leave it alone and offer some good, normal 100% cotton oxford cloth like you used to.

Disappointing. I was hoping for a shirt that would be comparable to the Women's Lakewashed Organic Cotton Oxford Shirt--arguably one of LLB's greatest shirts--since this seems to be its replacement, but the spandex and lack of collar buttons ruin it (is it even an "oxford" without those buttons?). There are so few options for nice, non wrinkle-free, 100% cotton button-downs for women, and not everyone wants a ""boyfriend"" style. Some women do in fact wear oxford shirts in the absence of a boyfriend! As LLB should well know, given that many of their long-time customers are just such women. I wish LLB would at least not take away their classic options when they offer newer items like this...
