We were just in Freeport for our annual pilgrimage and a new spring to fall jacket was on my list and this jacket is perfect. I would have preferred the honey color but that is sold out so I decided on the grey. I have two waterproof jackets but wanted a cotton jacket for dry days. They didn't have my size in the store so I ordered online, knowing that it was backordered to August. Imagine my joy when the jacket was at our house before we returned from Maine!

I've been searching for a long time and finally found what I was looking for. I am going to Scandinavia in a couple of days and I needed a jacket (or two:)) that was unlined, easy to layer and took up little space in my luggage. I am 64, 245lbs and 5'5". I purchased the Navy and Olive in a 2x. The fit was a little bigger than I wanted. I love to be comfortable and usually err on the side of clothes fitting loosely. However, the 2x had a couple extra inches around the middle and the sleeves were a bit long on me. I thought it looked a little sloppy vs stylishly oversized. I loved the jackets so much, I ordered the Navy and Olive again, but in a 1x so I could compare the sizes. I ended up keeping the 1x's and gave the 2x's to my daughter, who is about 5' 8". The 2x's fit her more stylishly oversized than they did me. My upper arms are bodaciously thick, so having stretch is a game changer. This jacket has oodles of style with the way it is cut, the details of the buttons, the cute cuffs and hem. The colors are perfect, hence I bought both. The stretchy fabric and quality workmanship adds to the value. The fit is flattering even without cinching the waist line. The front/side pockets are generous and deep. No whimpy pockets. Plus, keeps me comfortable when there's a chill in the air, yet also comfortable when it's warmer out. It's rare find and pretty pleased with myself that I picked a winner. I highly recommend this gem of a jacket. Scandinavia, here I come!

Good midweight jacket. Washes well. I bought mine in the navy color. Like the drawstring waist. Good number of pockets. Could also use an interior pocket or 2. Well made. Would buy again in a different color...maybe a barn red! A detachable hood might also be a nice addition, but this jacket is still very nice.

This is a nice-looking, well-made jacket. It's the perfect light-weight layer to throw over a sweater in the fall or blouse in the spring when a lined coat is too much. The dark gray goes with everything.

This is the second jacket of this type I've bought. That speaks for itself. It's great for Louisiana's spring.

My go-to for chilly spring days. Looks cool and goes with so much. For reference, 5'6 and 125 lbs and the small is a great fit.

I purchased this jacket in the Tan color as well as the Blk/Gry in size XS Petite. I like that the Blk/Gry is not a stark black. It is softened by an infusion of grey. I haven't had an opportunity to wear them yet but have only tried them on. They look great on and I'm hoping they don't wrinkle much when I wear them. I was looking to spruce myself up and be able to wear something a bit dressier and different from the usual 'uniform', of the PNW, which is the light weight down jacket. This definitely fits the bill! Thanks for continuing to offer petites Bean! Please try to offer more petite sizing in the really nice heavy wool sweaters!

I like to "wear my purse" in the pockets of my jacket, so I don't leave anything behind. This jacket is perfect for this! It is comfortable for layering as well as just wearing with a tee shirt. I have this jacket in three colors, and just might add a fourth! (A first for me!) Nice fit and washes well!

I purchased this jacket in a brick color. I've been waiting for the khaki/olive and here it is. Great quality and just the right weight for spring and fall or cooler summer days.

i love this jacket. the fabric has weight and body but is still soft. very nice quality to the fabric and the construction. it's comfortable and i love wearing it.

Comfortable jacket

I bought this because I was looking for a feminine version of James Sunderland's jacket from Silent Hill 2, and it's pretty much perfect. I like the details such as the scalloped hem, drawstring waist, and roomy hand-warmer pockets (my iPhone 16 fits easily inside). The petite XS is a great fit for me. (I also tried the S for comparison, and it was definitely too big.) If you live somewhere colder, you'll probably want the lined version, but the unlined canvas will be great for much of the year in my warmer climate.

Love the casual look of a denim jacket, but on point with soft, charcoal material & slightly longer length! Perfect!
