I bought the granite/black with a hot pink monogram. I love this bag because I can toss it around without having to worry about "messing it up". I throw it in the golf cart or schelp it to school all my other other "stuff". There are sometimes when you need something other than a pretty purse and this fits the bill. Holds a lot. Easy to wipe down, if necessary. I love, love, love this bag!

it's exactly what i was looking for. i like to have a lot of things handy for road trips, waiting rooms and my casual office. yes, i'm the person who always has an apple or a tissue handy LOL. i got the medium in gray/black. it's the perfect light-weight tote for me. i may even gift this one and get another one for myself.

I have ordered several of these bags- in both large and medium sizes- for gifts and for myself. Either size makes a great tote for traveling, work, or whatever you wish. I was very pleased with the quality and the colors. The monogram was a plus!

We own several of these bags in both the medium and the large sizes. The inside pocket near the top of the bag has a zipper, making it a secure place for keys and other small items that usually get lost in a tote bag. The bags are light weight and fold pretty small, making them a great stowaway for travel when not in use. Each bag has a zippered closure, so the contents stay secure if you remember to zip it up. We especially like our bags with a free monogram provided by our L.L. Bean Charge card membership, and have enjoyed putting nicknames and other words on the outside of the bag! This bag is useful when trying to gather up all of the little things we take along for both us, as well as our grandchildren in the car. Keeps everyone's belongings in one easy place. AND....it keeps my husbands "things" he needs out of my purse, as he has his own bags now!

We are a family of boaters, so this is a standard Gift for everyone with their last name embroidered on it. Waterproof--so great on the water. Would love to see the multiple outside pockets return.

Terrific bag for a great price! It's durable and lightweight with straps long enough to wear over a shoulder. The interior is roomy enough for lots of stuff and can be securely zipped closed. I bought the grey color with a white monogram and am very happy with it.

When going on a trip, I always have more when I pack to come home than I bought with me. This bag folds to a very compact size and gives me that extra bag for the return home. Very strong for heavy items but also lightweight.

Love, love, love this marine blue tote (wonderful color, too!). Very light weight, sturdy zip top (thank you!), perfect size (not too 'long' for a short person to carry, doesn't hit the ground), fun color, ability to monogram was great. I have received compliments on it. Keep offering in fun colors and I will buy as gifts.

Far from being lightweight, these bags are very well made with good material, sturdy design and construction and good looks. They even have an inside zip pocket with a key clip. For our destination wedding we are giving these, with some favors inside, as our welcome bag. We gave out a couple to those who are no longer able to come, and they absolutely love them.

The large lightweight tote is spacious and seems durable, but I had to return it. I need a size between the medium and large, and I prefer muted colors.

Purchased this to use as a gym bag. Big enough to hold towels, hair dryer, and clothes. It is lightweight but not too heavy when loaded up. The small pockets come in handy. Another outside pocket would be really nice, as well as another larger inside pocket. A removable shoulder strap would be handy. The zip top closure is great for privacy and security. I cut a cardboard bottom to add stability without adding weight. Appears to be well-made and durable. Definitely an upgrade from the light-weight, inexpensive plastic tote bag I was using.

My husband needed a bag to carry a couple notebooks and a few important papers. This bag does the job well. He uses the outside pocket for a couple pens and a highlighter. The zip top keeps things secure and dry.

for that price I expected a little thicker fabric, not just waterproof

The bag is nice, pretty, sturdy yet lightweight. BUT, this does not go over your shoulder. Unless you were very small (I wear an XL women's) the straps are too short. It's very tight under your arm if you wear it over your shoulder. Very disappointed. Just an inch or two more and this bag would be perfect. If you don't want to put it over your shoulder, it's a great bag.

Nice tote but I wish there was a size small. Some users said it made a great everyday bag but it's much too large for me. I liked it because it was lightweight and had a zipper closing but due to the size I really have no use for it.

Nice size and light weight. I love that it has an interior pocket and the tote zips shut. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the handle could be a couple of inches longer. When the tote is full it is hard to carry over your shoulder.

I recently bought and travelled w/this Lightweight Tote. And, while it was more than great for serving as one of the bags allowed on the plane, it needs a sleeve so that it easily fits over the luggage hangle. This would make it a perfect tote for travelling. Going to buy some black nylon and see if a sleeve can be added. But, you should add this to the bag-it would make a huge difference for travellers.

I purchased the medium size and it's actually bigger than I need. The lightweight, easy-to-wipe material is good and what I was wanting. I'm keeping it.

Great to wrangle multiple coats and hats. I would have given five stars if the straps were longer. It is difficult to keep the short straps on your shoulder as you walk. I had a monogram done in the same navy as the bag, and it looks smashing. Subtle.

Just received your Med and Lg totes in nautical blue. Couldn't be more pleased with the vivid beautiful color, quality of sturdy nylon fabric, quality of craftsmanship. The only things I suggest to make them even better is to add 2 more inches to the straps; also, add a plastic layer to bottom of tote, so that you can wipe it off/disinfect. I plan to sew this to bottom of my totes. Adding these extras would be worth the extra cost.

I'd give it a 5 if it had a removable shoulder strap. Beyond that, it's payable, lightweight and very roomy. I travel with a carry on only and I plan to use it as an extra bag should I purchase things along the way.
