My family and I have so many of these totes. Some are 10 years old and they still look good! We live in South FL across the street from the beach and this is our go to tote! I purchased this latest addition for my daughter to take to work. She's always jamming all her stuff, including her laptop into various totes. I went with the large size and it fit everything. Had it monogrammed of course and it looks chic. She's told me her co workers all want one!

Always love LL Bean! Surprised that there is no maker tag on the bag! They seem to be made a little cheaper.

This bag is the perfect size & use it everyday as my purse. I bought medium size, long handles, zip top. It is perfect as I carry a lot of things each day. I love it so much that every friend, teacher, family member gets one as a gift with their initials embroidered. LL Bean used to offer a lot wider selection of colour options and I wish they still did. Part of the fun was choosing which colour for each person. If on the fence about this bag - get it. Medium size, long handles, zip top - trust me. I also have the large which is great for trips to the park/pool/beach/post office carrying all the tings. I can't even imagine how giant the XL size is but I love these bags so much, an XL may be next.

I gave this as a gift to parents of young toddlers. It has come in handy. They put it to use immediately.

Great Tote, very well made My only complaint is that I wish the handles were longer,when you zip the bag the handles are way to short.

I love how roomy my medium long-handled Boat and Tote is! It holds a couple water bottles, an umbrella, a notebook and paperback book, a scarf, hat and gloves, and of course your phone and wallet... Once I managed to stuff my winter coat in it. I was only disappointed in how the monogram turned out. I chose Times Bold in the color Burlap and the font wasn't tall and thin as expected but smaller and a lot lighter brown than I was planning on...
