Great training and overall day in day out shirt. It's not built too wide. Most shorts nowadays are built for chunky folk. At 6'1 225 body builder the XL is the perfect fit. You can go wrong. Adidas should model actual athletic people in their clothes and you'd get a better understanding of the fit.
