Subject: A Missed Healthcare Opportunity: Hoka Shoes
Dear Hoka Shoe Company,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to share an observation I've had during my recent hospital visits that I believe presents a missed opportunity for your brand. Everywhere I go, nurses seem to be asking me about my Hoka shoes. These inquiries not only speak to the exceptional comfort and quality of your footwear but also highlight a potential avenue for expanding your presence in the healthcare industry.
In hospitals, comfort and support are paramount, as healthcare professionals are on their feet for long hours. The fact that nurses are noticing and inquiring about Hoka shoes implies a demand for comfortable, durable, and stylish footwear in this sector. Consider developing specialized lines of Hoka shoes designed for healthcare professionals, with features that cater to their specific needs. By doing so, you can tap into a lucrative market and provide healthcare workers with the comfort and support they require while on the job.
Furthermore, collaborating with healthcare institutions to provide Hoka shoes as part of uniform options for staff could be a win-win situation. This partnership could enhance the overall well-being of healthcare professionals, potentially leading to improved patient care and satisfaction. I believe this opportunity could not only bolster your brand's reputation but also make a positive impact on the healthcare community.
I hope you consider this suggestion as it could be a game-changer for both Hoka and the healthcare industry. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Dr.Glover

Restore TC was a wonderful surprise. I feared the large sole would be clunky. It is a big soft cushion with an upper that stretches to fit whatever your foot is. I'm still adjusting to the slip-on idea. My socks bind on the rubber insole, but, I think I've got it figured out.
I plan to purchase the black color. I don't know what I'd do without Hokas!!

Love HOKA. Love the slip-on Restore TC. Most comfortable shoes I have to wear around the house.

I would like this in a 9.5 (41) but it only comes in whole sizes. Still comfortable, just a little large.

I wear an 8.5 men's shoes I ordered a 9 and my tires are at the end of the shoe. I like the look and comfort of the shoe, but my toes run the end of the shoe. I've had about a dozen hokas and live them this is my second disappointment I've had.

I live in Montana and do a lot of hiking, especially long 10-12 mile hikes in Glacier National Park. Some with very steep descents. My feet need help the next couple days following a hike like that. I had no idea there was such a thing as "recovery shoes" so I ordered these with a lot of hope. Got them, thought they looked like clown shoes at first, but they are SO COMFORTABLE and I realized they are roomy and larger in the toe and heal for a reason. Truly recovery shoes! They're probably meant for marathon runners, but I now bring them with me and leave them in my vehicle so that at the end of a long hike, I can walk around in cushiony comfort and drive safely home. These shoes are a godsend! Feet therapy! A foot spa! I absolutely love these shoes and pray they never discontinue them. My sizing assessment, "feels true to size" isn't exactly true... if they were normal outdoor hiking shoes yes, they'd be too large, but for recovery, they are absolutely angelic and the right size. But I ordered in my normal size and they are perfect. Not snug. Not falling off. Just roomy, but purposely so.

I really wanted a slip on recovery shoe. I purchased the unisex shoe but it does not fit me well. A men's 9 is too big and the 8 too small (I am a women's 9.5).

I have narrow women's feet and based off other reviews I thought these would be a great fit. But since they are non gender it's taken me longer to break them in. All other Hokas fit great. They do fit well. And in time will get more comfy.

If I still had the box I would return them. I bought them to help with my knee pain but they don't help at all. Very bulky and uncomfortable.

Very comfortable, good support. The shoes are easy to get on and off. Very nice casual shoe! I normally wear a 10 1/2. I chose a Size 11 as you suggested in this model. Fits good!
Thank you!

I really like these but if they were half a size bigger, I would LOVE them! I am a size 8 but I like a little extra room for my big toes. These are almost touching the tip of the shoes, they are true to size. I will not be able to wear socks with these but that is ok. I contemplated if I should return them. I am keeping them because they are very comfortable. I love the heels of the shoes. I stand on my feet 12+ hrs/day. I know my feet will thank me. I just wished that these came in women sizes & not unisex. PLEASE MAKE HALF SIZES!

The slip on shoe is absolutely comfortable yet stable. I have been wearing the Hoka recovery slip on shoe for a number of years now. I wear the very comfortable Hoka walking shoes everywhere I go away from home.
The RT product is an incredible go to shoe that gives me all the benefits, and actually more, of a plush cushion and comfort of the recovery shoe. It also afforded me this stability of the Hoka walking shoe. I have been thinking about a shoe like this for a while now, I actually left my opinion about some kind of shoe like this sometime in the last month.
I have some lower back nerve pain issues that also affect a lower lower legs. So walking on hard surfaces such as concrete can be very rough, thankfully, I discovered Hoka products about five or six years ago. With these new RT shoes, my feet are comfortable walking on the hardwood floors around my house, to include walking my dog outside the home.
The RT for me is a walk off grand slam home run to win the World Series!

I was hoping these shoes would give me a similar feel and comfort like my Clifton 8s however I was mistaken . This shoe was so uncomfortable. While I appreciated the convenience of it being a slip on shoe, the insole being so thick and feeling like hard plastic was enough to make me regret my purchase. I tried wearing them for a work shift but after I 10 minutes I switched back into my crocs.

I have this shoe in addition to a pair of slides and two other Bondi 8s. I am 64 yrs. old and experience various pain regarding foot arthritis. My foot orthopedic doc told me to buy Hoka's given my pain. Made a huge difference. I bought these particular shoes to use for wearing when running shoes or slides would not be as appropriate given the occasion as well as during colder months. While I am happy with these shoes, they do not provide the same cushioning and comfort as the slides or Bondi 8s. I wish these shoes had the same cushioning and effect as just the slides. I am keeping them as they will be helpful, but wish they could be better.I wear them with very thin socks or no socks.
