I have problem feet, particularly in the toe area. Shoes with wide and deep toe boxes are best for my comfort. For me, these shoes were a bit on the narrow side, and this took away from the comfort factor.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks, Crocs, Oofos

I. Loved the shoes. Very comfortable. But I found out I couldn't wear my orthotic insoles with them. If you take out the insole, you take out all of the padding.

Love the fabric upper and the fit - these shoes fit my feet like a glove. They are also very supporting, which is critical as I have plantar fasciitis. The only thing I don't care for is the insole. It's made of rubber, so it's not comfortable to wear without socks as it doesn't breathe and makes my feet sweat. Change the insole and I'm a very happy camper.

This is my fifth pair of Hoka. This pair is just as comfortable as the others but oh so ugly. I really like being able to slip them on. It is quick and easy. It also minimizes the time I have to look at them. They are great for walking as long as you don't look down, particularly just after eating. When my feet see them coming, I have to chase after them because they run the other way. Why? Because they are ugly; the shoes, not my feet. They're ugly, too, but that is a different conversation. Will I continue to buy Hoka shoes? Yes. All five pairs have made a huge difference in my walking comfort. Will I continue to wear this pair? Yes, particularly on dark, moonless nights. Will I buy another pair? Yes, if I become visually impaired. And beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so don't let my negativity dissuade you from trying a pair. There is one thing to bear in mind, well, two really, but I've already covered one of them. You cannot slip into these shoes without using at least one hand. They are not slip-ons.

I wear these in the house when my Bondi 8 shoes are muddy. (I need to wear shoes indoor because of metatarsalgia) They are not as cushioned as the Bondi 8's but are still comfy. They grip my feet well for slip-ons. They look great too, not like slippers or crocs.

These shoes appear to run true to size. I like the way they look, but I needed to return them due to my very high instep didn’t agree with the tightness across the top.

LOVE the fit and feel of the shoe, so comfy -- and I have super ouchy feet. My feet hurt ALL the time, and when I wear these, they don't. Only 4 stars because I wish the inside was fabric for ease of slip-on, when that's the main function. PLEASE Hoka, make a fabric slip-on, or even slippers!

They have helped my foot pain but are a little big. They're also hot and probably won't be able to wear them in warmer weather.

I tell everyone about how great Hokas are and this pair is no different . But could you make a line of shoes that are a little less bulky? I need to wear Hokas because of arthritis in my feet and would like a pair that can be worn with street clothes.

I bought these shoes hoping they would feel more like my beloved Ora Recovery Slides, but they are really much more like a clog, with a rocking motion when you walk, and perhaps a little less arch support. They just weren’t exactly what I was looking for, so I returned them. I did find them well-made and highly cushioned.
I'd also recommend:
Birkenstock, Brooks

Hoka comfort and support you love in a slip on. Top has a tendency to ripple a bit and not lie flat all the time, and takes some wiggling if you're wearing socks, otherwise great comfort, great fit. I would size down if you are half size

I haven't worn the shoes outdoors yet but they felt very comfortable when I tried them on. The only thing for me is they look awfully large and wide when I put them on. That's gonna take some getting use to.

I've been searching for the perfect shoes. I have a multitude of problems, Plantar Faciitus, bone spurs, neuropathy, arthritis in knees, hips, & spine, and lately problems with balance. I loved a Hoka shoe I bought earlier, but the 9.5 sz was just too tight with socks, I gave them to my sister and ordered these in a 10 because I loved the color as shown. Well. The support of arch seems good, but the rocking of the foot movement makes me have worse balance problems! I need something built closer to the ground and without that movement. I've probably worn them too much to return as I have therapy 3x a week & they are the best I have for that, but walking is just too wobbly.

I bought them because I love the standard recovery shoe but want a bit more traction. I bought them in the same size I usually wear in the recovery shoe but they feel quite small. I think it's because of the heel, which is quite grippy, and I am expecting (hoping for?) them to loosen up eventually.

I would like this in a 9.5 (41) but it only comes in whole sizes. Still comfortable, just a little large.

I really wanted a slip on recovery shoe. I purchased the unisex shoe but it does not fit me well. A men's 9 is too big and the 8 too small (I am a women's 9.5).

I have narrow women's feet and based off other reviews I thought these would be a great fit. But since they are non gender it's taken me longer to break them in. All other Hokas fit great. They do fit well. And in time will get more comfy.

Very comfortable, good support. The shoes are easy to get on and off. Very nice casual shoe! I normally wear a 10 1/2. I chose a Size 11 as you suggested in this model. Fits good! Thank you!
