Great fit and material. I was looking for a replacement raincoat and this worked great.

Loving this new light yet waterproof jacket for bike rides. Replacing an old jacket with a sweet upgrade! I love the sinch cord around the bottom hem. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe a little more form fitting on the hood, it's pretty big and floppy but would still rate this a 5/5. I got the "Copper" colored one so that I'd be better seen at night while riding my bike. Love the color!

Im really impressed with this Marmot rain jacket. Its lightweight but still feels durable, and it does an excellent job keeping me dry in steady rain. The fit is comfortable with enough room to layer without feeling bulky, and it packs down easily when not in use. I also appreciate the breathable design it doesnt feel stuffy during longer wear. Overall, its a high-quality jacket that feels well made and reliable. Definitely worth the purchase.

Great lightweight, rain, jacket, beautiful color. It fits well. The only thing that could make it better would be a small chest pocket.

Bought for my trip to Patagonia and used it. Fit well without taking up too much space in my backpack.Did not experience much rain but was also effective against wind. So plan on using as a raincoat and wind cheater.Would highly recommend

Quality is amazing as expected from Marmot. However, my son is broad shouldered and this jacket ran snug in the shoulders for a size Large.

I have not tried it in the rain yet, but it arrived as descibed and is a very good weight.

Great jacket. It's light, waterproof, yet doesn't suffocate you. Nice pockets and easy to zip. Super lightweight. My new favorite jacket.

A couple merino layers, a down vest & the Marmit Precip, are my mild winter weather standards.Put em in, & get outside.

Love this jacket. I had one for over ten years and finally destroyed it because I wear the heck out of it. Very durable unless you wear it to do things you shouldn't wear it to do. Great jacket. Light weight, it breathes, durable and looks great. Definite buy.

Very stylish, great hood. Fit is good Very comfortable, to wear, nice and light. Haven't had a chance to test whether the rainproofing works well. So far so good

Second one of these Ive owned. Its a well thought out rain jacket thats solid yet not heavy or bulky. I got many years out of the first one and expect the same for this.

This is my favorite rain coat/cold weather wind breaker for bike riding.I have used one for years and just had to replace mine. I would give it a 5 but they no longer have any bright high visibility colors. Love the zipper pits, Velcro wrists and the storable hood.

I find the Precip to be a great super light, multi use shell. It stows so small there is no reason not to take it. Youre ready for sun wind or rain. It ventilates well, closes up tight, not too noisy, and has pockets places low enough to put your hands in. I wear large shirts. The medium jacket fits perfectly over a fleece top with room move.

Bought two of these - bright one for the trail and navy one for office. Looks good and gets job done. Kept dry, light, easily packable, and a great outer layer if mid layers are sufficient. Had a base layer, a hoodie, a light puffer, and then this jacket as outer layer and it worked perfectly. Re-affirmed my preference for this brand over others.

I loved this jacket until I was doing field work in the rain last weekend. It's the first time I wearing the jacket out in rain for that long. (I've had the jacket for two years) About three hours into the work (in steady rain), my shirt under the jacket began to get wet all over. Other times when I've worn it in rain for shorter periods of time, it worked perfectly.
