Oh how I wish these had fit! They were so comfortable but even going down a size I walked right out of them. Nothing could keep the heel from just slipping right off. Unfortunately, I have wide feet but a narrow heel and these heels were WIDE. I tried the Darry as well with the same problem.

I wanted to like these so much i even both the second color at the same time. They are beautiful and trendy but they are narrow for me. I measured the widest part of my foot and it's 9mm. Zappo did not offer a different width. Luckily while browsing the Naturalizer website I discovered they offer the wide. It arrived today and it fits much better. So unfortunately I'm returning these ones.

Beautiful shoe, I wanted them to work so badly, but the heel is too wide and my foot slips out with each step. It’s difficult to find a wide width loafer doesn’t look like a granny shoe. I hope they will tweak the design as I see it’s a common issue with this shoe. I usually have a great fit with Naturalizer shoes. Returning.

I'm sorry to say that my foot slips out of the shoe as soon as I take a step. Will have to return it.

I was eyeing these shoes for weeks and was excited when they went on sale and still had my size. I wear an 11.5 W, which most brands don't carry, but since other reviews said they don't run too wide (and I have very wide feet) I thought the 12 might fit. When I took them out of the box, the left shoe looked visibly worn, there was a crease along the top of the leather. Then when I put them on, the left shoe was WAY BIGGER than the right, like a whole half size. My left heel was slipping when my right heel wasn't at all. Very disappointing. Additionally, because both the leather and soles are soo soft, both shoes felt a bit lacking in structure and gaped around my foot when I walked. Very disappointing. If they had both fit like the right shoe, I probably would have kept them because the footbed is v comfortable and I think they're really cute. Alas...

One shoe seems to fit true to size but way wide in the heel and my heel comes out with every step. The other shoe feels a full size smaller and I cannot get it on without a lot of discomfort. And the chain decoration is very loud when walking. Sounds just like jingle bells. So disappointed because I need a shoe like this, but that fits correctly and doesn't make a racket.

The leather on the shoe did not appear to be real leather. It looked a bit “plastic-y”.

I liked them except that the metal made a jingling noise when walking, so I returned them.

W is too narrow and heel is too loose

These are so narrow that I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. Returned.
