I need to order size 8 1/2 W. 9W is too large. But I certainly like the shoe. I'd like to exchange but I can't figure out how to do that.

This is a beautiful shoe that fit comfortably right out of the box. The leather is soft and not at all stiff. I received multiple compliments the first day I wore them. And yes, the chain makes noise.

I love these loafers. They're super comfy and light weight. I do wish I'd gotten a size smaller, I wear a 9.5 and got the 10W, but could have gone with the 9W.

These are nice looking. The briar the sole kinda breaks up the all black look making it look more expensive. Lightweight and comfortable.

These loafers are incredibly comfortable while also not lacking on visual appeal. They're so beautiful and I get complimented on them daily! Highly recommend for those who don't enjoy heels but also want to wear something nice! They're very versatile and can be great for the office but also while running errands with the kiddos!

Got these loafers last week and am super happy with my purchase! Cute, quality materials and Amazing comfort! Very supportive, but don't pinch or bind. I haven't wanted to wear anything else. Need another color now!
