I got these in the India Ink color and love the way they look and feel. I have several pair of the previous model, and this one definitely feels a little wider and roomier than the old version. Do not size up. Even with thick socks my regular size fits perfectly (with thin socks I would almost size down half a size). One huge improvement is the tongue. Gone is the oversized, bulky tongue of the old model. This one is more streamlined yet still enough padding to be comfortable. The bottom of the shoe has a fun bright color to give it some spunk. Love them! As comfortable as a pair of slippers with no breaking in needed!! On the pictures the grey boot is the old version, the blue one the new version. As you can see, the blue one is noticeably roomier but with a thinner tongue. The upper part of the laces also no longer has the hooks, but rather the same pass through clips as the lower part of the boot. Much better!

I absolutely love these boots! Such a great look for hiking. Very comfortable and great tread, for on the streets of a city or hiking mountainside. I wore these on a recent trip to Scotland and they are truly water proof and did great in all the mud and water on hiking trails. I was up to 3 inches of water in streams without any issues. I also love the look, I had no problem wearing these with outfits to nice restaurants and they cleaned off mud very easily. The unique style is also something that made pairing outfits easy. Love these shoes! I also have wide feet and had trouble finding other hiking boots that fit well, sorel boots were for sure the way to go.

Really like these boots, waterproof and supportive. These will be perfect for our trip and on the trail. Sized up to accommodate thicker hiking socks.

I'm a size 11 W, and in the absence of a broad selection of wide waterproof boots fit for outdoor walks, I try and find size 11 shoes that will work. I'm happy to say these were wide enough for me. Pros: They are waterproof, quality, with plenty of bouncy support to make this the walking boot of your dreams. They almost remind me of the winter boot version of Hokas. Pro: They are WARM. Likely the warmest boot I've ever owned. Cons: I'll try again this season, but they were too warm when I stepped indoors. They're perfect for outdoor walking in freezing temperatures, but once I ran into a bookstore or coffee shop, I was itching to kick them off, they were nearly uncomfortable in temperature. These are wonderful boots, just have an idea in mind what you're buying them for as they're good for performance but you may need a more casually-rated booth for just bopping around town. Con's: They are just a hair short to me. I should have gotten a 11.5 and I'm a solid 11. Perhaps the stuffing makes them just a little short; size up a bit, if you can. Also, I bought these last year and used them mildly (sparingly, really) for a winter season and already one of the eyes just fell off. I expected better quality of hardware from Sorel.

My problem with the boot was the size. Based on reviews and the fact that my feet are getting wider in old age, I chose one half size greater than my usual upper end size. It was way too big. I then ordered a related boot in the smaller of my 2 usual choices (9 or 9.5) and the fit is perfect even the width.

These are very comfortable and shockingly light! Oh and BEAUTIFUL. I love them!

I bought these for a winter trip I'm taking to Canada. I thought they were way too big till I put thick socks. I went up a full size. Lightweight.

Super comfortable out of the box. I wear size 8, bought size 8 and they fit perfectly. The cushion at the top keep these feeling good around the ankles. I sometimes need to go up a 1/2 size to accommodate my somewhat high arches and wider feet. I love the design, practicality and sweet olive green with pink accents color combo. I've worn these in the rain and stayed dry. I bought these for travel to Europe because I just can't wear a flat shoe and even though all the travel sites recommend flat sneaker styles I don't like that look on me. I think these have way more style. The kinetic sole is a fave. Absolutely love!

These boots are the bomb! I'm a boot person and these are so comfortable and great looking. I'm thrilled with this purchase.

Best winter shoes/boots I've ever had. Warm, waterproof and do comfortable I can hike for miles in them. On top of all of the comfort is the fashionable design. I love the hooks on top on this version better than the new version of laces all the way to the top.

I bought these for my SUPER picky college freshman daughter and she's worn them everyday since she got them. Reviews stated they ran big, so she got a size 7 vs the 7.5 she thought she needed. Her sister and I both think they're such pretty boots too.
