My husband loves his new slippers. He gladly swapped out his shearling threadbare- Ugg Ascot slipper for this SOREL Falcon Ridge II Scuff style. They're shearling plush & run a bit wider/longer I noticed as size 12 looked like a 13 with a little extra length in the back of slip on. He forgot how plush the shearling feels on bare feet brand new. I put on his Ugg Ascot slipper one day & was shocked at how matted & lumpy the shearling footbed felt. That's the one downside to shearling footwear, the soft fur insert usually wears out quickly before the actual shoe of leather or suede material. If I could find a shearling insert for the Ugg Leather Ascot slipper that would be great as the Leather Ascots are still in good shape. Dear UGG or Zappo, Has either company ever considered making replacement sheepskin inserts for "Ugg slippers or other footwear." Would be interested in purchasing shearling inserts for sustainably conscious recyclable footwear.

They are classic house slippers. They feel warm, and seem to offer a more firm support, rather than plush and foamy. They are well built, and will likely last a long time. The traction feels secure, which is nice on hardwood floors and stairs. I am a size 12 medium. They are just snug not to slip off, but if you have a super wide foot, these might not be for you. Most Sorels do not work with wide feet.

Decent slippers. Not the quality I would expect from Sorel though. They don’t feel durable and I imagine they would be destroyed by the washer machine. Get them on sale if you do.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He is in his 30s, but he looks like an older man with these slippers on. He’s not sure if he likes the style or color.

These slippers were excellent when first purchased, but now two months later the insoles, especially the heels, are flat with no cushioning. I am only 138 pounds and feel that insoles on a premium slipper such as Sorel should last a bit longer than two months.

Like the shoe but the fuzzy lining would get too warm, and made the shoe feel a little smaller.

After wearing for six months, I cannot recommend them. Every drop of water you step in causes the crepe rubber sole to make a sticking noise. If while cooking, you should dribble something on them, they do not clean well or easily. I will definitely be looking for a non crepe sole in the future.
