The Joan Now Lace boots are honestly the most comfortable boots I have ever owned! I have several pair of Sorel boots and these are the best! They slide on and off super easy and are comfortable to wear all day! Plus, an a added bonus is tons of compliments!

I originally ordered a size 10 and loved how wide the toe box was right out of the box...they were comfortable - almost a little TOO comfortable. I was concerned about how they would feel once they were really broken in so I went ahead and returned for a half size smaller - a 9.5. Still great room in the toe box - a little tighter across the top of my foot, but definitely workable. I wore them for about 6 hours straight out of the box - with socks...a little tight, but nothing crazy. I got lots of compliments on the style and they were the perfect finishing touch to my casual denim bday outfit. No regrets.

I LOVE the look of these boots and wanted to keep them -- but they just were not that comfortable for me. I am usually a 9.5-10 in shoes, almost always a 10, especially in boots in which I'll likely want to wear thicker socks. I exchanged these for a 9.5, which was a much better size fit. (Like others said, I was sliding around in the 10.) These did not have much arch support, but when I put in insoles I had around the house, they were way too tight on the top of the balls of my feet. Ultimately, while I love the look, the pinching and lack of arch support (without being able to use other insoles) led me to make the responsible decision of returning them. :(

Good quality boot, fits as expected. I normally take a 6.5 or 7 boot, the 7 would be perfect with a thick sock. The looks were not as cute as they appeared online, the toe was a bit too rounded for my taste, these were just not as stylish as I expected. I have some other less expensive hiking boots that would work just as well. Returning.

Sorel boots. I have like them for years and still do but the sizing seems inconsistent to me. I normally wear a women's size 11 M, but from brand to brand, and brand style to style, the size that fits can vary. This winter season I ordered 2 different styles of Sorel boots in size 11M and had to return them and upsize to a 12 M. So I figured, that I need to order these in a size 12 M as well. Welp, they were too big even with wearing mid weight wool socks. Boots were too long and too wide. The styling , heel height and leather are great. I am returning these and am giving up.

This shoe has something inside of the right shoe's heel that rattles. At first I thought it was the tips of the shoelaces tapping against the shoe. Nope. Something is inside the heel. I ordered & returned multiple pairs. they all had the same problem. I really like this shoe for other reasons. So I just fixed the problem by drilling a hole into the side of the heel, until I reached the hollow center, Squirted some glue in there, & shook the boot until the rattling stopped, because whatever is in there is caught in the glue. Now I will seal it back up. I'm an artist. I work with tools & fix stuff If you aren't? these shoes will really annoy you with the rattling, every time you take a step

The boots seemed heavy and bulky. I wouldn’t wear these often.

I want to love these! I'm in love with the style and the way they look and the way they make me look! But ouch! The heel puts my foot at a pitch where all my weight is on the ball of my foot. So I can't wear these all day. I was hoping for an everyday boot but these are only good for short term occasions if you're not doing a lot of walking. I'm so sad!

Very clunky looking and feeling and no arch support

Helpful for those who want a healthy toe box without an enormous heel that doesn't stay put. The inner heel is too big for me/still slippery but the lace-up design helps offset.

These shoes have it all! The comfort and weight of them are perfect for a boot. So stylish and easy to put on and off. Highly recommend.

I am usually a 9.5 or 10, but I was easily a 9.5 in these with a little room to spare. This is on par with how Sorel normally fits. I have a wide toe box and Sorel never disappoints with enough room without it looking bulky. I can't wear pointy toe shoes. These are cute and feel comfortable but have not worn them yet. I bought them for a trip to Europe in the winter. We'll see how the suede holds up to the rain and snow. It says its waterproof.

I love Sorels and I was not disappointed! These are a nice heel height, not too high, I love the light nude color and the matte gold tone hardware. The laces are long which is nice, you can really cinch them up. They are very comfortable. Feel true to size and width, I am an 8 but sometimes wear a 7.5 (in Sorel sandals), but these are 8 and feel perfect.

Beautiful boot but I incorrectly assumed they would fit like a boot so I ordered a larger size to accommodate thick socks. Wrong. They apparently fit true to size so I had to return them due to time restraints.

So happy with this purchase! They are comfortable and cute. Also very functional considering they are water proof. I ended up going a half size larger than my regular size, mainly because I know I will often wear thick winter socks with them. Otherwise true to size is fine. I also like that the toe box is a bit more round and doesn’t squish your toes.

Love these boots so much I bought another pair. These don’t feel as big and chunky as others and they look fabulous with tights and skinny jeans. I have a house in the mountains and these are perfect for the rugged area but look stylish. I also wear them in Texas. They are so versatile. I want to buy another pair but that would be ridiculous…hahaha

The problem is with the bunion on my left foot- bummer for me!

These boots are so comfortable! I bought them for a trip to London in Oct thinking it would be rainy. Surprisingly, it didn’t rain at all, but I wore these boots for long days of sightseeing and they were more comfortable than my sneakers! No foot aches, no blisters. I bought my usual size and they felt roomy but not too big. Not sure if I could’ve sized down 1/2, but I could definitely wear them with heavy socks and be fine. And they are super cute as well.
