It's hard to find women's running sneakers in my size, so I was initially very happy to find these. There were several color patterns to choose from and the shoes were offered in medium width instead of only wide, like other shoes. However, the shoes rubbed against my instep after a week (I'm flat-footed with thin feet and ankles) which luckily was solved with insoles. Now, less than 2 months after buying the shoes, the rubber on the sole is coming off. I run on sidewalks, paved roads, and treadmills - so nowhere with any particularly "rough" terrain that should cause this. I've worn Brooks for years (normally have to get men's) so I'm disappointed that these are falling apart so quickly.

There is not enough cushion inside the sneaker.
That one thin insole does nothing.
For the price of the sneakers the quality and materials are inferior and disappointing.

I have worn Brooks Adrenaline GTS for 6 years. I usually love them BUT this pair feels bigger in the toe box. My feet keep slipping. It was suggested I go up a half size because my toe keeps ripping through the mesh on the 7.5. I am a size 6 but I have usually worn a 7.5 in Brooks. So I'm rather disappointed in how they feel.

The Adrenaline GTS 23 seems to have less heel cushioning than the GTS 22. I also feel as though there is less support in the mid foot than then GTS 22. If I had to choose between the two I would definitely stick with the 22.

These shoes are really lightweight, but I think that compromises support. My feet hurt in the last model of these shoes and I thought that I would try them again since they've been my go to for so many years. I'm having the same problem. They just don't seem supportive enough.

The wide is not as wide as previousl model. Tried on and my foot cramped. Returning.

I have been buying the same shoe and size for years. This time the shoe is wider through the ball of my foot- causing my foot to move while running. Very disappointing

I am not a fan of the 23's. Insoles feel thin and are not as comfortable as the 22's were. Never had any blisters with 22's but have a huge one on my big toe after only wearing these a few times. Will continue to wear my 22's more often.

I bought this shoe hoping that the extra support would help my feet from turning inward. It did that but with my recently healed tendinitis the support only caused my foot to awaken the pain from the tendinitis .

They are not as comfortable as I remember previous pairs being. Not as much arch support.

I buy wide width and usually the fit is perfect; however, this pair is a bit loose fitting and my feet are not as comfortable as I prefer.

Great shoe and I loved the color but they were very uncomfortable for me. The 22's were much softer and overall were a much better fit especially in the heels.

I wear a narrow in the Brooks Adrenaline shoe. Unfortunately, it does not run as narrow as it used to several years ago. Due to having to cinch the laces, it pulls the fabric together and puckers which doesn't look great.

It feels like the toe box is narrower in this edition of the Adrenaline. Disappointed in fit, as previously they were perfect.

I love the GTS22 and was excited for the new 23. Sadly though, I was disappointed. I wear a wide and the toe box is definitely narrower in this shoe compared to the 22 model. They don't fit as well and my toes hurt after a workout. I'll be resorting back to the GTS22.

I love them except within the first bit the water barrier in the left toe box has come unglued so it feels like there is a hole in my sock because the flap goes under my toes and moves. Any glue recommendation?

I have worn many generations of Adrenaline's and these are much stiffer than previous versions. I think they will be comfortable for walking but for me they are too stiff to run in

I have worn Adrenalines for years and have loved every single pair. This is my first pair of the new "style" and I am so sad to report they fit differently. I feel like I need to go up an additional half size.

These 23's are basically the same as the 22's except they are heavier -- going in the wrong direction on that front. Generally the new release is lighter. Hmm. Anyway, they seem just ok. Nothing to write home about really and nothing new that I would mention here. I use them for power-walking and most is at an incline. I walk very fast and they are solid shoes with good support which is why I select them. I wish I loved the color options, but they are just so-so. I ordered the gray with the purplish accent.

Please Please please make better colors. The mens version has an awesome variety. These are so ugly. Why is that Brooks? Are the leftover materials used for the women's models??? Great support, awesome cushion and lightweight. Great shoe.....but so so ugly.

First: I already own a different color in the same exact shoe style/number that I absolutely LOVE. So I tried to order another pair, but this color was as close as I could get. Not a bad looking shoe. Actually, the back with tan soles are quite a nice color combination. However, this pair feels larger and much wider than my original pair. You can visually see the difference in width. Unfortunately, this won't work, and I will have to return. Second: This pair I received was obviously worn by someone (the soles were slightly dirty) and they lacked the wadded paper inserts and inside wrapping paper that normally comes with a new pair.
I'd also recommend:

I found that these sneakers broke down so fast it was as if the tracks were melting flat. Hips and knees began to hurt within 8 weeks of an average 30-mile-per-week walk. These have been redesigned, possibly to phase them out. They did not last long.

I am bummed out to have to give such a bad review. Adrenaline GTS are my favorite shoes and I have worn them year over a year without any problems. In fact, they are the only shoes that I have been able to find that don't give me problems while running. I bought the GTS 23 instead of the 24 because they were on sale and I thought the design of the shoe was cute. I ran on the treadmill with them twice and then ran a 5K. I started to get shin pains after each time. I am not sure what was done differently in the design of this shoe versus other Adrenaline GTS. I've never had this problem before.
