I'm an older gentleman with multiple types of foot pain, including plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, pain in the balls of my feet, and big toe pain. I walk 3-4 miles per day. The Adrenaline is a very comfortable shoe, with a nicely cushioned midsole that's not too squishy. The only problem I had with it was the midsole being a little too flexible in the toe area which allowed my big toe to bend too much, causing pain. For that reason, I am returning the shoes. Also, this was my first pair of Brooks with the guide rail technology. I really liked that stability method rather than the use of a medial post which I often found irritating in other shoe brands.

This shoe is ready to run right out of the boxexcellent stability and cushion. I wear 4E shoes. I love that it comes with some color to it. Brooks has the best quality shoes on the market. I highly recommend these shoes

Adrenalines are the bomb. They have the firm sole I need to help my feet and enough cushion over the top to make it comfortable. Great shoes. They were my shoe the last two years and will continue to be. Solid shoe.

Just finished my first marathon in these. They took from the taper to the finish line. I am a taller and heavier person, and these gave the best support and lift for every stride.

Most arch support I've ever felt in a running shoe. A little stiffer than the previous adrenaline with the same great support. Also seems slightly narrower as well.

A remarkable and well designed shoe. I have discarded other brands that made empty promises. These Brooks shoes give ankle support without transferring strain to the knee. The result is improved balance.

Great support and wide width in shoe box. They are very comfortable and give my feet a chance to expand.

The shoes fit well and the extra cushion versus my previous Adrenaline shoes is appreciated. I went up a half size so the lenght would give my toes a little more room for longer runs/walks.

These shoes are terrific. I've been a longtime fan of Brooks "Beast" shoes. These are just as comfortable but without being as bulky. I also appreciate the extra-wide sizes, which help my aging feet. I'll buy more.

My go to running shoe since 1999. I've been doing more tread workouts for the past few years and love the stability and cushion of the Adrenaline.

Really a great shoe but the sole is just too unforgiving

I hate writing this. I have loved this show for at least the last 10 years. I???m a bigger dude who tried using the Beast on advice from an orthopedist and podiatrist. The Beast actually caused more knee pain and I settled on the Adrenalin model. I have bought at least 5 pairs a year for work and social settings. This years model feels like it missing cushioning compared to years past. Usually I get a good month of feeling the brand new cushioning when I switch to a new pair. This model felt like I am still wearing 4 month old pair of shoes when I switched. I didn???t get that feeling of extra cushioning when you slide into a brand new pair. I???m sure a lot of this is because of my size, but I definitely tell a difference between this years and last.

Got these shoes while on a trip to NYC, boots I brought weren't the best for walking around. They really helped with the rest of the trip, averaging 7 miles of walking per day. The reason for the 2 star review: after wearing them for 5 days (3 days in NYC and 2 back home) a popping sensation developed in the toe area of the left shoe. I can't see anything externally wrong with the shoe. The right one is fine, just happens on the left one every 4 out of 5 steps. It also feels like the cushioning isn't as evenly distributed as the gts 22's (worn these for the last few years). I'll be going back to the GTS 22's, hoping these don't get discontinued anytime soon.
