Hard to find the exact size- Large is a little long on the sleeve and waste. Medium is a little tight. I'm 5 feet 7. I workout so I'm not as slim or flat as the models. I have a v shape shoulder and back. This looks good on skinny or non muscular dudes :) I love the quality and color.
