I never received my package and no one has helped.

Purchased 1 month ago and the lacing guide has already broken on one of the shoes. The shoes have only been worn a few times. This is disappointing and unacceptable for a kids shoe.

These shoes run incredibly small. My son's last pair of adidas were 13.5 so I replaced them with a size 1 in these. They look a whole size smaller than his previous shoes.

Barely worn 5 weeks in and top side edge of the shoe fabric merging to the shoe already developing a hole and breaking apart

I have ordered these shoes twice and both times they were way too big. I ordered these and the Lite Racer Adapt 7.0 in a kid's size 2k. The Lite Racer fit great, and the Racer TR23 was giant on him. I exchanged them for a 1.5K, and the exchange process took forever, and they were also huge on him. The return/exchange process has been a nightmare. I had to return the shoes because, per customer service, you can only exchange an online order once per order. Over a week later and 4 calls to customer service, I finally received my gift card today because of a goof up with customer service and a store employee not giving me my gift card during the store return. I went to go purchase the shoes today after finally receiving the gift card from returning the exchange, and the shoes are now $20 more than I originally paid. WHAT A JOKE! I used to love adidas, but after this nightmare, I doubt I'd recommend them then.

Bad quality. All stitches coming off only after moderate use of shoes

One of the loops that holds the shoe string in was separated from the shoe when we opened the box. We ordered three pair. Two of the sets are fine but wonder if the loops will break on them soon.

Have a twins the other one is bigger than the other. make sure it place the right size make sure also they the same..

One of the top shoelace eyelets broke within the first week of wear.

I am SUPER upset. I ordered these and chose to do the quickest shipment. They came in quick, awesome. My son tried them on and they fit perfectly. About an hour after he put them on he asked me if I could help him tie them because they felt funny.. Well... the top loop for the lace wasn't even attached to the shoe... So I couldn't even lace them up right. So I went online to see if I could exchange them or whatever. OUT OF STOCK! So I went to see if I could talk to customer service. I tried 6 times and was kicked every time. Super disappointed.

I bought them for my 3 year old and within 2 hours of them arriving at my house one of the seams was not sewn. Once I called and asked what we could do they told me the shoe was no longer available in his size. But I could send them back. Then they would give me my refund for a new pair of shoes. But couldn't do anything to help me.

Cloth was not durable. The lace loops also fell apart.

i bought these and mu son loved them but the loop where the lace goes throw at the top came off.adidas exchanged it and the second pair did the same thing again. i really like these shoes but the lace thing is a problem. the shoes run in different sizes with adidas btw.all i buy is adidas so try them in store first of u can. its cheaper online than in store.

I had to return the original order because of a defect with the laces. The replacement order had the same issue after a couple of wears. I've never had issues with any products before but I would not recommend this product at all unless you want to spend time dealing with returns.

The delivery guy did not leave the package at my apartment

I've got different size of each shoe. Left one is 1 1/2 and right one is 2.
