The boot size was great , but the heel wasn’t comfortable at all! It was hard . I wouldn’t be able to walk very far without my heel hurting

These Sorel's weren't 4 me....felt like my heels were on a shelf with a drop off to the soles of the shoe. It's hard to beat the Emilie II Chelsea...so will stick with them!

The only problem was that the boot was too low and rubbed against my sensitive ankle.

I LOVED THESE BOOTS, but for the price and the unbuckle which already came a little scratched, I decided against them. Will they go on sale?

I really like the color and look of this shoe. However, my feet are slightly different sizes, and in order for the shoe to fit my right foot, it was too big on my left. Maybe because the shoe has a slightly inclined heel, my left foot slipped forward in the shoe, causing my smaller toes to jam up against the outer size of the shoe. So I decided to send them back. I am so very grateful for the Zappos return policy and free shipping!

These shoes were a size or 2 too big. Definitely size down when ordering.

it would be helpful if the description emphasized that these have an internal heel that's over 1 1/2 inches high. it's weird, it's not apparent from looking at the pictures, but it totally changes these boots and what you expect. a Chelsea type boot is usually flat- if there's going to be a heel you'd expect to see it. what a waste of my time

Love the way they look and they would be 5 stars for me if they came in wide. The toe box is way too narrow.

I would say size down. I started with a 7.5 and ended up with a 7. They are comfy! But I will say that as someone who doesn't wear heels, it's taken a little getting used to having the wedge. I do really like them though! I got the gray, and it is GRAY. A lot darker than I thought they'd be!

I love the boots but the right one is all stretched out and looser than the left. I’m not going to be wearing them like that

They slipped out when walking but length was spot on. I don't have narrow nor wide feet, but these were uncomfortable. The platform inside makes them more uncomfortable without no support. Picture looks better than in person. Wouldn't recommend.

There’s a hidden slope in them and it shoves my left foot forward- I guess my feet are different sizes because the right is fine but it’s an awkward angle and it squishes my foot. Returned. Super cute tho if they did fit.

Great boot, but they were too wide. I am not good at walking in heels but I can wear a wedge heel in a boot and the structure of the boot provides support. But, because the boot was too wide it did not give the support needed to walk in them. Returned them. They are good quality as I would expect from Sorel, though. The reason I got the boots is for occasions that I visit family in New England and need more than flip-flops. I'll keep looking.

These shoes are very stiff and hard to get on my foot. The suede is in the back so doesn't help with flexibility of the shoe at all. Also cut into my ankles.
