Everything about the shoe was as described. Quite comfortable and look great. Ive had another pair of Merrell for about 20 years and they finally are totally worn out (except for gardening). That is why I looked for a similar pair. Am very happy with the new pair.

Footbed is a bit stiffer than expected. This should change with wearing. I wear these to work so I can just "kick them off" in the dressing room.

I had to send back the first order because they were too big. The return & exchange was so easy & quite accommodating. When I received the half size down, they were again a tad too big. I tried to return for the 8 1/2, and was told you were only allowed 1 transaction of exchange. The next return Id would have had to order a brand new pair, wait until the refund came through so you werent double charged, but as Murphys Law is the rule, they didnt have the half size down in the color & size I wanted. I decided to keep the 9, which is my true size. Where I became annoyed was that there is no where in the description of this shoe that they run big, at least a half size down. Im wearing them, but my foot is really loose in my smaller foot & theyre not as comfortable as a true fit shoe would be.

I bought these to replace an old pair. Although I do like them the last pair I had seemed to be made better. The material way heavier and when you wear these in the cold winters, you want a good quality material

Ive worn these shoes for years and years. They are my go to winter shoe. I have them in many colors. However through the years the quality has declined greatly. They are not nearly as sturdy as they were. Also the sizing is off many times. Disappointing

I'm 70. I don't have time or life left for orthopedic shoes. Merrell Encore Ice 5's were my instant answer to comfort, stability, safety, dryness, warmth, fit, and compliments.

Lovely winter clogs for around the house and walking the dog. The light gray was a little too light in color for me. The clogs run a little large, but I am grateful they are offered in half sizes. I dislike the tags inside. In my old clogs they were stitched flat. Also, the clogs do not have removable insoles, another lovely attribute of my old Merrell's. I can wear them all day and thankfully, my feet do not hurt.

I love my mules especially walking around on a cold day along the beach!

These are very comfortable. They run a little large but I am grateful they are offered in half sizes, unlike some other brands. The soles are a little heavy The light gray is a little lighter than I would like. The insoles are not removable and that's why they don't have 5 stars. I preferred my J98712's. But I wore them to death. I wish they didn't have the tags on the inside. You have to carefully cut them out.

Warm and cozy. These are not supportive to wear all day but definitely a comfortable slipper.

Merrell listens to feedback. They fixed the inside fleece shoe lining so it doesn't come out. They also made the bridge (?) [top part of the shoe] tighter so my foot doesn't slide out. They could still make the bridge/top part more snug as my foot still moves around a lot. The length is perfect.

I was so disappointed in these slippers. The quality is not what I expected. The insoles were so thin and flimsy, that they would bunch up under my instep and not straighten out. I will say that customer service was quick to issue a coupon for the cost. I am hoping that another style of shoe will be better. I would have preferred a full refund.

This is my third pair of Merrill slippers. I wear them around the house especially during winter. I like the solid sole (base) as it provides support. The fur lining ensures comfort. I tend to get a smaller size than my shoe just because I wear them without socks.

These are the most comfortable and warmest pair of shoes I own. When Im home this is all I wear. I bought this pair for my Mom who loves them just as much!S. We live in inclement weather, where warmth AND safety in walking is a must-they dont slip! Also, they have an arch to them. I got them to wear as slippers as I couldnt find a warm pair that you can slip on, still have a heel AND an arch! Ive bought a second pair in Navy.

Great fit, very comfortable, love the way they look. This is the 2nd pair Ive bought in a different color.

I normally wear a size 10 and have tried these in various sizes all the way down to 8 1/2, which was still too large. I tried to exchange a pair for a size 8 but Merrell only allows one exchange so Im returning both pairs. Also, these are very squeaky! It seemed to dissipate some while walking around in my house, but I didnt wear them long enough to see if doing so would eliminate the squeaking entirely.

A bit disappointed in the fit after paying full $140 In the first place, they are not true to size but quite bigger and do not stay snug. Also, the insole became completely flat after one week making them even bigger I would not recommend them
