The best feeling shoe I've owned, even better than Hokas. Love this shoe! My feet don't kill me with this shoe! Thank you Asics! Please don't change the cushion and arch support!

I'm going out from a fascitis plantar, calcaneus bone and achilles tendon (I know) injury to a marathon training, I have been using Kayano-30's until 10 miles and they are pretty comfortable, the support to my arch is unbelievable and the heel drop is perfect for my injury. I have ran with no pain since. Im planing to run the marathon with them!

Super supportive and comfortable. I'm recovering from foot surgery and the stability is excellent.

The shoes fit true to size and are so comfortable! That means a lot coming from me as I have a lot of foot issues. I wish it came in more colors in narrow, but I'll take what I can get as this is the only shoe that fits me well.

I'm so happy with the Kayano 30 shoes! I bought mine in December and wear them daily so comfortable and lite weight. I've been wearing the Kayano's for years and these are just perfect. I had the 28 series and they were horrible hardly wore them because they caused my feet to be fatigued and shin pain.

Love the cushioning at the toe box, feels like I'm walking on clouds. Love the stability at the heel, I can really tell the difference when i wear other shoes.

I love these shoes, the cushion and the positioning are perfect and really help my back pain. I have a job where I stand or am on my feet for hours, so these really help with the comfort in my feet as well. I do have a very narrow long foot, so they are a bit too wide for me, but I am able to lace them up enough!! Wish these shoes came in a narrow width.

I needed a shoe to help me get moving again after being sedentary and indoors for a full year. Everything hurt when I started walking again, so I decided to invest in some good shoes. Being inside for a year, I actually wasn't used to wearing shoes, and my walking was somewhat unstable. These shoes really helped me regain my balance and slowly work up to walking a normal amount. Last year I averaged 500 steps a day, now I average 5000. It's still not where I want to be but it is a whole lot better than it was. Thanks for helping me get out of the house!

I bought these as I am in a marathon build and wanted some extra cushion. Additionally, I am an over-pronator and wanted some support. These shoes are wonderfully cushioned and supportive and make doing long runs much more comfortable. I used to wear a different brand shoe for long runs and the bottoms of my feet would hurt by the ends of the runs. This hasn't happened at all since switching to these

I bought these recommended by my ankle doctor after having torn a ligament and just having bad ankles. I run xc and need to have good stability shoes for running on uneven trails! These are so far providing me with good support! They are also so soft and plush. They fit so comfortably and Ive also been getting a lot of compliments on their look already! I love them!

LOVE! this shoe. I bought the Black/Lilac Hint and it's beautiful! and it's also very comfortable! and gives great stability. I normally wea a size 8 but I ordered an 81/2 and it's perfect! I will definitely! order another pair in a different color.

What happened to the your sizing! I have been wearing Gel-Kayano for over 30 years. I have always been a size 7. Now, I wear a 7 1/2

Tho really good looking walking/running shoe, however the sole is too soft. In the past when I have tried" marshmallow soles, I find I get shin splints. So back these go.
I'd also recommend:
I kept the Brooks Ghost 15

I find myself wondering if the widening of lacing area of shoes is affecting other people besides me. I've worn Asic Gel Kayano since they came on the market and the now widened lace area places the edge of the shoe right in the soft spot in front of my ankle bone .... misery. No amount of padding changes it!!

I have worn Gel-Kayano's for 15+ years, never an issue but the 30's are giving me blisters on the side of my right heel! Not sure if it's a change in the footbed but after only 5 miles they are rubbing.

Wide toe box and breathable upper. Considering I have bunions the fit was not bad. My issue with these shoes is that when walking it felt like walking with a board strapped to my feet. They felt too stiff with no flexibility. They forced me to walk in a very unnatural way. I would call them "clod hoppers."

Not a bad shoe, but pretty dead underfoot. I haven't worn other Kayanos, so may be an unfair review, but whenever I wear this shoe it just seems hard to run (relative to other shoes I wear like the GEL Nimbus or Puma Foreverrun, which is another stability shoe). The foam gives nothing back. The shoe is heavy. And the color is very meh (I got the navy-red). All in all, won't be buying anymore Kayanos.

Started off strong. I am very slow due to a cervical surgery and because I'm pretty slow anyways. I have only worn them 15 times and I feel like I need extra pronation support. Not too big and bulky like some reviewers say, very comfortable and I cannot say enough about the stitched in tongue. For the money if I'm only gonna get a month out of them I would not purchase again.

I have been a loyal Kayano only girl for about 15 years. What did ASICS do?!!! These are ugly and have been ruined with the update. If I wanted Hoka shoes, I would have bought them. I can't run in these! Where is the support? I want to cry that after 15 years I have to try and find another running brand. Please go back to how the 28's were.I beg you!

I usually buy this model and can count on fit. This time they completely changed it. Runs a half size smaller than usual, no arch support. Had to return them. With the lack of variety in the few stores that still exist, it will take me months to find a new shoe.

I've worn ASICS for more than 20 years. I have been disappointed with the last few iterations of the Gel-Kayano. I find them to break down easily and have an overly wide toe box. I will admit they are comfortable, but not for long. I also think ASICS could have better color choices for women's shoes.

Kayano's have been a miss for me for some time... with the exception of version 28. This version 30 felt like one big, flat block of sponge on my feet. Returned.
