I have 150+ miles on these shoes and at this point just looking forward to their retirement. They fit true, good lockdown, no blisters or hotspots, but the midsole is just so blah. Perhaps because its a stability shoe and the FF Blast+ formula is different (I dont know this to be the case) but it feels unforgiving and dead. I thought maybe a break in period would make these shoes better, but after over 150 miles Ive concluded theyre duds. Just get yourself a pair of the Novablast 4s.

The product I purchased was defective and caused pain on my right heel. We tried to return it within 30 days of the purchase. Unlike Adidas, Nike and New Balance, ASICS do not accept returns despite the product is defective. Will never shop ASICS again

I bought these shoes recently as I had previously worn the older GT-2000 model. I am in love with these shoes. They work great as trainers because they are VERY comfortable and easy to run in. I almost don't think about them during my runs which is a great thing. If you are paying $100+ for trainers I highly recommend this shoe!

The GT-2000 12 is a very lightweight and comfortable shoe. I ran in ASICS running shoes back in the 1990s but havent had a pair since then. These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I wear them as lifestyle shoes and for walking. The fit is good and that is saying something for me. I am normally a New Balance man and wear a size 13 2E or 14 D in many of their lifestyle and running shoes. I ordered the GT-2000 12 shoes in 14 D and they fit fine with enough room in the toe box. I havent worn them enough to comment on durability but they appear well made. Just placed an order for two more pairs!

Shopping experience was not the best but the shoes are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes Ive ever owned.

Toe box is fine. Overall volume is tight. I need to loosen the laces to accommodate my foot volume. That makes it difficult to use the last set of eyelets to lock down my heel. More volume or longer laces would help. The construction of the shoe appears solid and after 30 miles there isnt any visible wear on uppers or sole. Plenty of cushioning and stability for walking.

Fourth pair of 2000s. Second pair of the 12s. Really like the tighter heal and tongue cushioning in this one. Extra cushioning a plus along with the support and flexibility.

Ive been running for about 40 years now and Ive always had extremely good performance with Asics Trainers/Runners. I get about 400 miles out of each pair and thats impressive.

Longtime GT-2000 customer. They got this years model right. Great fit. Great shoe!

Shoe was too big, It made feet ache when walking. I returned the shoes. I Had to find GT 1000 with color, besides black and white, elsewhere.

Wonderfully Comfortable I have owned two other pairs of GT-2000 shoes. They are the most comfortable walking shoe I have worn. Recommended by a local running store. Honestly, I walk in them - never run.

I have the gt2k12gtx and theyre great! Posted a review on their page. Dont go on these negative reviews. Shoes are wonderful for walking, standing and especially running. Obviously these arent meant for super fast miles but they can certainly hold a fast steady pace (~7-8mins/mi). The design looks good too. 100% recommended.

The shoes look great and feel great on your feet; however, after less than 50 miles of use the inside of the rear of the shoe is wearing out. I do not think they will last past 75 miles in that regard before they start rubbing on the back of my heel. $150 for less than 100 miles does not seem like a good deal.

Just purchased last week. Have done a few runs and I absolutely l love them. They are great for my over pronation. They offer a lot of cushion but yet are light and supportive. The Gel Kayano's are my go-to running shoe but decided to try the GT 2000 model and they did not disappoint.

Extra-wide is too narrow. Nike and New Balance are much better fit.

Great sneakers. True to size. Comfortable. I really like the ASICS running sneakers. The issue I have is how they are now shipped. ASICS appears to trying to same money and are shipping with what I call a third rate shipper. My shoes went out for delivery and 12 hours later were returned to the warehouse and delivery maybe attempted later.

Need a wide toe box in my size. These for well for me.
