The GT-2000 12 is a very lightweight and comfortable shoe. I ran in ASICS running shoes back in the 1990's but haven't had a pair since then. These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I wear them as lifestyle shoes and for walking. The fit is good and that is saying something for me. I am normally a New Balance man and wear a size 13 2E or 14 D in many of their lifestyle and running shoes. I ordered the GT-2000 12 shoes in 14 D and they fit fine with enough room in the toe box. I haven't worn them enough to comment on durability but they appear well made. Just placed an order for two more pairs!

I have had trouble finding shoes that fit well. I lucked onto an earlier model of these shoes years ago. These fit well. I ordered one pair of a newer model and wore them all day for two weeks. They are great. So I ordered two more pair.

I've been running for about 40 years now and I've always had extremely good performance with Asics Trainers/Runners. I get about 400 miles out of each pair and that's impressive.

Very comfortable, the shoe has great bounce and feels great.. it's my new everyday wear shoes.

Truly my #1 shoes I've ever owned. This is the best iteration yet. Perfect for my flat feet.

Wonderfully Comfortable I have owned two other pairs of GT-2000 shoes. They are the most comfortable walking shoe I have worn. Recommended by a local running store. Honestly, I walk in them - never run.

I have the gt2k12gtx and they're great! Posted a review on their page. Don't go on these negative reviews. Shoes are wonderful for walking, standing and especially running. Obviously these aren't meant for super fast miles but they can certainly hold a fast steady pace (~7-8mins/mi). The design looks good too. 100% recommended.

Just purchased last week. Have done a few runs and I absolutely l love them. They are great for my over pronation. They offer a lot of cushion but yet are light and supportive. The Gel Kayano's are my go-to running shoe but decided to try the GT 2000 model and they did not disappoint.

I have been running in Asics for 35 years. This is by far the best shoe to date. Cannot Rave enough about how great it is. The fit is better, the size is dead on. Love it!

Very comfortable, lightweight, black on black shoe. Used with custom orthotics for a all day casual work shoe.
