When I first tried them on was not sure of heel it felt a little high. However after wearing in the house for two days off and on they broke in beautifully. Love the look and they now feel great.

I love these boots! They are so comfortable and I'll be wearing them all winter!

These booties are fantastic. They are comfortable, warm, and stylish. They are also true to size. These were recommended to me by a family member, and I will now recommend them to others. I probably wouldn't wear them in deep snow or rain (I'd opt for a taller winter/rain boot), but these will be perfect for going out and running errands on cold dry days.

Very nice lil' booties for those of us who want some style without a tall high heal! Very comfy, can wear with anything!

I love these boot, Im looking at ordering another pair in gray. I ordered them a half size up intentionally to be able to wear my thick fuzzy winter socks with them. I have polished them 2 or 3 times over the last 1 1/2 years. I feel comfortable walking in them all day.

Love the look and feel. Wore for 3 months and the zipper broke. So sad. So, no zippers in the future.

I own two other pairs of these in a suede material and love them. However, these are very tight and the zipper will not zip up. Unfortunately, Ill need to return these.

Wear these shoes at least 8 hours a day and still comfortable. Ive had them a month and so far so good!

These are very comfortable and warm boots. They only reason did not give more stars is that the zipper is on the outside which makes it difficult to zip especially when in a hurry. They will be my traveling boot as they look very nice w/slacks & tights w/dresses. Did size up as have a wide foot

Purchased the boots and was a little concerned that they didnt have it in wide widths. Wore it on my visit to London. They were fashionable,sturdy, comfortable and above all when the weather switched to rain...they were also waterproof. I am sold! I love em! My only regret?I wish they carried them in other colors.

The zipper location should be on the inside of the foot, not the outside. Its awkward . Also I could not zip the zipper it was too stiff. I had to rub soap on it just to get the zipper to slide. These are super cute and comfortable boots. I wear them with work attire (khakis) and casual attire. I like the slight heal. They fit true to size.

Quality materials and very comfortable. As stated in other reviews, order 1/2 size larger than you normally wear.

My shoes had some scuffs out of the box but I decided to service them instead of returning, thanks to some very helpful tips to care for the shoes from the customer service rep! These shoes are simply SUBLIME, I loved them the moment I saw how versatile and beautifully made they were. Comfy out of the box, I could see myself taking these on urban travel 20k step days and still not be sore. The wedge is also molded well and my plantar fasciitis doesnt flare up even after a day of standing, walking and driving being the time I sit down days. Thanks to another reviewer, I put some WD40 on the zippers with a q-tip and they move great now.

Ran small, zipper was very hard to get up and the boots themselves were very stiff and tight. Also was disappointed I had to pay for shipping to return boots.
