I was so excited to purchase the Uggs Tasmanian hoodie in Tan as a gift for my teenaged grandson. It was held up at Fed Ex and never arrived. Yes I was issued a refund but my grandson was crestfallen as this had been at the top of his Chanukah list. Now his size is not available and there is not gift. Giving him the money that was refunded is not what we both had been looking forward to. Have bought Uggs products for many years as a loyal customer and this makes me rethink future purchases.

COLOR (BLACK) WAS VERY MISLEADING, WAS A FADED BLACK AS OPPOSED TO A TRUE OR JET BLACK. THIS SHOULD BE REVEALED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM, PERIOD !!!

The only problem that I had was the wait time. It took close to 8 weeks to be delivered.
