Cute shoe but it slips on my heel. Tried messing with the laces etc, and it still kept slipping. That would bother me constantly and eventually cause a blister. had to return

I really wanted to love these but the fit was just weird. It was longer than usual, too n arrow at the toe and too wide at the heel so it simultaneously pinched my toes and slipped off my heels. Very disappointing, not my usual Sorel experience

I had high hopes for these shoes based on so many positive reviews but I also found that I had some of the same issues as the negative reviews. My heels slip in these shoes quite a lot and I'd be unable to wear them as a result. Unfortunately I cannot return them (which i knew when purchasing them). They didn't feel like they had sufficient arch support for me, but I almost always have to put different insoles in my shoes so that wasn't a surprise for me. The issues though comes with needing to put those insoles in, the width of the shoe doesn't allow for that. So, hopefully I'll be able to sell them. They are really cute, and clearly work great for so many people, but due to the heels slipping so much, sadly they won't work for me.

Cute shoe. A bit masculine in styling. Color is true, fit is true. No arch support. Insole is comfortable, sole is comfortable with grip as well. Unfortunately, the sole does not flex at all and the way your foot is tied in there's no room for natural foot flexion while walking. Returning.

The shoe is very cute, but the sole is hard and the heel tends to slip. Also, the tongue is a bit long and digs into the front of my ankle. It doesn't have any arch support, but buying a better insole would help for anyone that finds this shoe a better fit.

This shoe is very heavy and the soles are very stiff. They do not flex so not very comfortable. I tried a size 10 and 10.5 and neither worked because of the previous statements. However, I love the black/pink combo. The shoe looks great!

These shoes are VERY heavy and stiff. The soles do not flex so they feel harsh when walking in them. However, they are good looking!

These are so cute in all the ads I’ve seen them in. But on me, in person, they were way too big. I have a big foot anyway, and it just felt like I was wearing a brick. Love them - but not for me.

Bought on clearance so no returns. The picture doesn’t show the color and texture accurately. Ugly color and texture.

I should have listened to thr many reviews on these shoes mentioning how much the heels slipped.
