Good boot but too wide.

Liked the style of these boots but will have to return because ran large. I wear a 7 new balance run shoe, 7 timberland boot, and 7 clarks boot. My foot is on the narrow side. The 7 in these slipped too much in the heel.

Daughter shopping for boots on an afternoon wearing typical socks. She liked the style of this black boot, but felt the toe box was too big and the heel was loose. She is a typical 8.5 medium but sometimes her heels need less space and her arch more support. She had great success with another boot ordered, the Born Cove.

Just didn't fit and the really didn't look good.

Too hard to slip on and off

Size seemd true to size for a 8.5 M. Overall I did not like the boot. It was not comfortable had no arch support, and was way too stiff for me. It also looked very clunky on and felt heavy. The stiff nubuck appeared as if it would scratch/scuff easily. I don't live where it snows so I just wanted a nice pair of black ankle boots. What I did like about the boot was that it was plain. No distracting buckle, straps or other embellishments.

Very cute shoe but incredibly noisy while walking around. Every single step made a loud squeeking noise. For this reason, they were returned.

Holy cow this was smaller than I expected. I’m usually an 8.5 so I sized up to 9, but it fit like a size 8. Even with the zipper down I couldn’t get my foot in without major force. Eventually I got it in and it was just too small. On the plus side, the style was cute and I felt feminine but practical in these and like they would be weatherproof and grippy. Pretty much zero insulation so better for fall or spring v. Winter unless you wear thick socks and size up a full size. Material scuffs really really easily. SOREL needs to examine the quality of their leather uppers to prevent this.

These boots look great, very fashionable. The leather is quite hard, which makes putting the boots on a little difficult. Also they are a bit narrow, coupled with the hard leather means they will take a while to break in.

I planned on wearing these boots on a walking trip in Ireland. They were true to size but also rubbed my heels, even while wearing thick socks. It is important that I wear some very comfortable waterproofs boots on my trip. These were not comfortable due to the heel slippage. The green wasn't my favorite color either.

Boots are pretty good stylish, they are just narrow and don’t stretch that much. Leather is not that soft but they’re ok for walking.
