I use the shoe at work because I'm on my feet all day and have plantar fasciitis. Life changing

It's taken a podiatrist recommendation to find the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. The width and extra toe box depth contribute to comfort. First, I tried women's wide, but found men's regular fit best. It is definitely worth letting a knowledgeable shoe establishment fit you into the best model.

These are the only shoes I've purchased that don't require my insert for low arch. I tried them on with and without the insert and was happily surprised that the shoe felt better without the insert. The other plus in my opinion is the roominess in the toe area. Now that I'm sold on the Hoka brand, I'd like to buy a shoe I can use at work.

I normally wear a size 10 in Hoka's but got a size 9.5 due to it's wide toe box but they were too wide for me causing my foot to slide in the shoe. Besides that, they are light and comfortable and I'd recommend. Thankful for return option.

I have bad feet and lots of arthritis in my body and I was in severe pain everyday after work and so I ordered these shoes and my pain had decreased alot I do highly recommend these shoes!

Really enjoy these shoes. My previous 2 pairs were Bondi. I enjoy these shoes much better - super comfy and does not pinch my toes as the Bondi's did.

One pair for work, and the other for walking

Use daily for work. Excellence ion support, comfort & function. Feet are fatigued at day's end. Have multiple pairs for work & leisure.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but once I put them On and started walking in them, the skepticism flowed away! Love my shoes!!

great help for my arthritic feet

I have been happily wearing Hoka's for years, and I just got my first pair of Gaviota's, they really put the spring back in my step! I was so impressed I bought a pair for my husband (he loves them!), and a friend who's on her feet all day. They are great for my arthritic knees!

I bought these for my daughter as a gift and also it is her VERY FIRST PAIR . My daughter lives in PA and we in S Tx. We were there when her shoes arrived and she was beside herself to wear these to the gym. My poor daughter has "flat feet" and these were so so so perfect with no pain in walking on treadmill for 3 miles . Thank you so much for these amazing shoes . I also just purchased my 2nd pair a couple days ago the SOLIMAR Womens in the Cabernet? Cherries Jubilee, So excited to get these in a few days . I LOVE THESE TENNIS SHOES FOR MY WALKS AND TREADMILL AT HOME AND AT THE GYM. THANK YOU HOKA !!!!~!!!

I own two pair of these and I love the roomy toe box so much, I bought these for my son. We also both overpronate and these help with that too.

I had plantar and torn meniscus surgery. First shoes I got after were the Gavi's, the last model. I have not worn or bought another brand of shoes since. Pain went away and helped me recover. Know I have been rocking Cliftons and Challengers and running a lot. i' am 45 and worked 18 years in trails and trees. I have had a ton of abuse on my body and i do my best. I find I need recovery more often than not so I bought the OG's and got updated Gavi's. I wear them when I am feeling not 100% and they do the trick in the rotation to keep me either running, lifting, jumping, all of the above. Recovery and active recovery shoes. Highly reccomend for 'older' or war torn bodies to keep strong and motivate to get fancier, faster, prettier Hoka's

While I've really liked the prior 2 pairs I purchased (since 2016), these are by far the best fitting so far. Usually a bit tight but god after a short break in period, these feel perfect right from the start.

I have to say that I bought these when I had to retire my prior pair of Challenger Hokas. I also have another pair of Bondi men's extra wide that are still good, but showing their age. So, it was time for new pairs. Now, you need to know that I am a bedside nurse in a hospital who regularly spends 12 hours on my feet and gets my 10,000 steps in very readily. I also have a bunion our surgeon told me he could not fix because of my extensive arthritis in both of my feet would require a foot fusion surgery which would take away my ability to flex my foot to walk (kind of like having a living 'peg leg'). When I asked my doctor how in the world would I be able to do my job as a nurse with 12 hours on my feet, his answer, "It'd be pretty hard." My response was, "Well I guess I'm not doing the surgery." So, in popped Hokas! That was before COVID and it has now been a few years even after that. I have been rotating between primarily 2 of 3 pairs of Hokas I had purchased and they have done absolutely splendidly! I am still working full time at the same job, on my feet and they have done great! I haven't needed to go back about surgery and I take no pain medication for my feet. What I will say is that I have found that I can manage in a 10 womens shoe in Hoka when I would normally wear a 9 regular because the 10 has a larger toe box and I can sinch down the non-bunion side so it works. My Challenger Hokas have been great. I also bought a men's extra wide in a Bondi size 8 which was perfect fora bunion! Now I just purchased the Men's Graviota 5 size 8.5 Wide and they are awesome! They are so comfortable, but they also give my feet the extra support my ankles need so I don't fall (Yes, aging is not for the faint of heart). I have plenty of room for my bunion and thicker socks if I want. I've been wearing them for a few weeks now trading between my other new pair of Hokas and, as expected, I couldn't ask for more! And with over half of the nurses also in Hokas, I'm not alone.

I walk around my community alot and the combination of comfort and structure are great for my feet and makes my trips around town a joy

My feet tilt outward because of my weight, even though I have dropped over 120 lbs. I also wear a size 7 so not much foot to work with. The Gaviota 5 seems to be the answer as it hasn't lost its shape and continues to make my walks smooth.

Super comfortable...buying two different kinds each time and alternating them

These are the best hiking boots I have ever owned. They fit great and provide full support for you ankles. Toe box is perfect. They don't slip on hills. Love the extra grommet at the ankle. Lots of cushioning.

A nice fit for wide feet. very comfortable. So far I have only worn them inside will be back for outside review.

I only have seven pair of these shoes. For someone who stands on their feet all day long it's a perfect investment. Great product.
