Don't get the negative reviews. Comfortable.

I use this shoe for walking I was always skeptical about this brand of shoe because of the price I ABSOLUTELY LIKE THIS SHOE

The Gaviota 5 is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn in my 60 years of wearing shoes. As a teacher I am on my feet about 8-10 hours a day and at the end of the day my feet still feel great.

Very comfortable shoe with room in the toe box. Love the vibrant color combination. Nice looking and comfortable.

At my son's request, I purchased the Gaviota 5 for his Christmas present. This is his second pair and it's his favorite HOKA shoe.

I bought same style and size as before but these are a little tight in the toe. I probably need 12.5 . I've been wearing them to give them a break in period. Not happy w them. What should we do? Thanks

This style was specifically requested by my husband for Christmas... And who am I to turn down his personal request? Lol He was so happy with this gift that he was telling EVERYONE that day and the last few days about them. Said the fabric this year is much more sturdy than previous models and he expects this pair will last him longer. Great style too.

I brought these shoes for my boyfriend to use as work shoes. He said he loves them !!! They're very soft and great to get around in.

First, the Gaviota 5 is very sturdy and well constructed. I have problematic feet, so it took a few days of breaking in, but after that, very comfortable. Great combination of stability and cushioning. I typically have sore ankles, but with Graviota, the pain is gone. Highly recommend, especially if you need support.

The shoes have been very comfortable, as I feel them getting more comfy with each wearing.

I have multiple pairs of Gaviota and needed one for travel. Very comfortable and they hold up extremely well in any condition. Great stability and cushioning!

I already had a pair of the colorful Gaviota 5s for the gym, but love the all black version for everyday wear. They're so comfortable with lots of cushioning. Also love the Anacapa hikers, most comfortable hiking shoes/boots I've ever had.

I am 55 years old, 6 feet 5 inches tall, 300 lbs, my knees take a beating, I needed to do something to lose weight, I just couldn't walk without so much pain. I bought my shoes and things got better. I started with 2 miles at 49 minutes, in two weeks and new shoes , I was down to 32 minute's for two miles, now I increase my mileage to 3 miles and almost at 16 minutes a Mile, missed it by 3 seconds today. December 3,2024.

I am female and wear the Gaviota's. As a woman, you only need a half size down from your woman's size in this shoe. I wear a 10 in women's gaviota , and I'm a 9.5 in the men's gaviota. Excellent arch support. I also have a Morton's neuroma that does not hurt as long as I wear these shoes and the shoe isn't worn out.

I did my research and decided to purchase the Gaviota 5. I have had right knee surgery and I over pronate. I needed a shoe that was comfortable but provided firm support. Not all HOKA shoes meet this profile but the Gaviotas do and exceeded my expectations. I have use the ASICS Kayano for years and love them. I find the Gaviotas to be a better shoe.
