I work in the medical field and these shoes are by far my favorite! I have very flat feet and over-pronate. I can actually get these shoes in my exact size 10.5 wide and love how "plush" they are. I literally feel like I'm walking on clouds all day long. Totally worth the money! I have multiple pairs and highly recommend!

I purchased these on a recommendation from a friend. I stand at work all day and usually walk 10 miles while there. I have MS and have leg and back issues. These shoe have stopped my back and leg pain after only wearing them one day. I would highly recommend them to anyone with sore feet and back pain.

Earlier this year, I left a review stating this pair of shoes would be my first and last pair of Hokas. I bought them for a trip to Europe but didn't wear them very much before my trip, and they were sooo uncomfortable walking 20,000 steps per day. Well, not breaking them in was a bad idea. Just like a pair of progressive lenses, I forced myself to wear these shoes because they were very expensive. Eventually, the soles molded to my feet. The cushioning is so plush, they've become a great pair of walking shoes. Strangely, they're not the most comfortable shoes for standing still at bowling tournaments all day, but they're great for walking. I plan to purchase Hokas again when this pair wears out.

I love the Bondi. But I really love the Gaviota 5. The wider toe area is wonderful for me and the cushion is amazing. I work all day in a busy retail environment with concrete floors. I'm 64 and I can go home with no foot, ankle or knee pain thanks to these shoes. In the last month I have purchased 2 pairs of Bondi 9s and 3 pairs of the Gaviota 5. And oh my goodness- I love the pink color Two pairs were purchased locally, I ordered one pair from the website, and my sisters sent me the 2 pink pairs for my birthday. Love these shoes!

My new favorite sneaker of all time. Fit is wonderful and footbed is extra comfortable. Plenty of room in the toe box. The shoelaces are the perfect size and they are the kind that stays tied. Oh ,and they delivered quickly.

I am a dentist and on my feet all day. Also 0ver 15 reconstruction procedures replaced both hips and left femur not only was leg saved but now walk with out even a cane. I never realized how much having the sneakers could make. Better than the orthotics I have. These sneakers are life changer. Can't thank you enough. Dr Brian ordered 2 more pair

I have a fused ankle after a break and no reset, so the ankle is badly aligned and I over pronate. The first time I put on a pair of the G5s, I said to myself, where have you been all my life. Now the pain in the ankle is gone. I have arthritis in about over joint in my body, but with these shoes, I walk every day pain free, and with better posture.

I have severe nerve damage in one foot plus a fused ankle due to an accident and need a shoe that is stable, plush, and has plenty of room in the forefoot. The Gaviota 5 in wide are my go-to shoe because they are so comfortable even with my wonky foot! There is plenty of room to put in orthotics and the heel loops are a great help in getting them on. I wish that Hoka offers more colors in the wide sizes. On occasion you have them but usually they are only in shades of black and white. We live in a rural setting so I am not using my shoes on pavement, and the red clay just stains lighter colors so they are not wearable outside even to walk our dogs. I do clean them often but the repeated brushing with shoe soap pills the fabric over time. Please offer some darker but brighter colors like blues, greens, fushcia, or red in wide! I tried the Bondi 9 and Bondi SR since sometimes I need more cushioning but the new widths are just too narrow in the forefoot and pinch my arches so they don't work. Please do not discontinue the Gaviota 5, as they are your only stable and plush shoe now.

Great job holding foot in place, can work 10 hours or walk 5 plus miles with no pain. Expensive, but worth it.
