Very comfy to wear. Slick design. Waterproof

Really perfect shoes : waterproof, somewhat breathable, fits like a glove, can run in them in inclement weather and still wear all day. The only thing I would ask for on this GTX version is a vibram sole.. It gets slippery out there!

Walked all around London on vacation with these shoes. I'm a size 10 in other major brands, but the Clifton 9 GTX size 10 were too tight width wide and around the toes. Exchanged them for a size 11 but those were too loose, returned those. Ordered a size 10.5 and they are perfect.

These shoes are unbelievably comfortably, oh my goodness. I got these shoes for work as I work as a lot attendant so I spend a lot of time outside, today has been my first rainy day in these shoes and they're doing exactly as advertised. Water droplet literally smacked my shoe but didn't penetrate the fabric! An extremely small amount of water does get in from the back but only when I walk fast. They are slightly bigger than my foot so I'd recommend downsizing by .5 but I personally don't mind. Thank you for reading! God Bless you!

Love the goretex Clifton 9, I wouldn't say they're waterproof they're more water resistant, I'd love some more resistance or water proof effects. Besides that I love the shoe, really comfortable because it's a supportive running style shoe that is not like what society normally deems as comfortable, (which is way too squishy, not enough support) this is a more supportive slightly stiffer mid sole but still enough bounce to make walking or running feel great without any pain or discomfort, and focus on what I'm doing instead of having to ever think about how my feet feel. I forget they're on my feet honestly, most likely because they're insanely light in my opinion for the size, amazing for my day to day work flow as an entrepreneur and car care business owner.

I like this Clifton from Hoka. Previously, I enjoyed Clifton 7 and used for a long time and now I am using Clifton 9. It's a good purchase. I like this one.

Fit is perfect ,color combo is great, I like that they added an orange colored shoe strings besides the original black. I have back and hip issues with severe pain and this Clifton GTX helps,i tried Bondi 8's but they were too wide so I tried Clifton 9's and they helped but tried the Clifton 9's GTX and this shoe color ( DAZZLING BLUE/ ACQUA ) is spot on I can match colors perfectly,they feel like an extension of my foot. I have 8 pair of Hoka's Bondi 8's and Clifton 9's. I did have to change 2 pair, the Skyflow and the Aries, they didn't fit like the ones I have. Hoka has a great sales pitch about changing the shoes no problem at all. And with all the different series, a person can try many series until they find the correct shoe. I have recommended Hoka Bondi 8's and Clifton 9's and Clifton 9's GTX to some friends and people who ask me where did I get those shoes. And my friends have purchased more than 1 pair. Hoka did have a reward system when u buy a pair of Hoka's for every dollar u spend u would get a certain amount of credit for your next pair u bought, but I asked about this, but the salesman said they no longer offer it. I don't like that Hoka stopped the reward offer, I would have saved some money, I do find Hoka's shoes are expensive, but if they work for pain and look good, I will pay the price of the shoe, I do hope Hoka will offer some kind of reward for buying more than1pair or maybe if u reccommend someone to buy and they do, u would get a discount on the next pair u buy. I WOULD RECCOMMEND HOKA

Purchased this shoe for walking (the dog) mostly. Winters can be damp in Oregon. Nicely cushioned cushioning and ample room in the toe box. I added a "premium" insole as I normally do. Does the job nicely

This pair of shoes are so comfortable!! I use them as my daily pair and really like the waterproof quality. With the weather changing, this will be even more important. The color (blue) is so vibrant and cheerful. I really cannot wear any other shoe, other than Hokas, moving forward.

I needed a pair of Gore-Tex cushioned shoes for the winter. I tried the Speedgoat, then the Clifton. The Clifton wins by a mile for the cushion. A little feedback for HOKA, but the Clifton sole on the Speedgoat. The traction on the Speedgoat is great, but they are not cushioned sufficiently.

From time to time I forget I have these shoes on.

I am in love with these shoes, especially the color. I did have to go up 1/2 a size since they run a little small but they are wonderful once I got the right size. I will get theae in another color later on.

I have plantar fasciitis and with slighlty arched foot. This is my most comfortable shoe for daily use. GTx is so helpful during rainy weather. I appreciate this a lot! Recommending this specific shoe to friends and will be buying another pair for my mom and sister

While I have two other HOKA pairs, this one I will use when it rains. As far as I'm concerned, these shoes are the best I have ever worn! Beforehand, I was having pain in my feet; but since I started wearingHOKAS, the pain is gone, and I can walk pain-free again

I got these for my partner, we wear the same size though... I've never experienced a shoe like this, and neither has he. He's a doctor and on his feet all day; so we've tried a lot of shoes. He's never came home and said, my feet don't hurt. That is, until now, we both are definitely going to be repeating customers.

The Clifton 9's are fantastic! They are extremely comfortable and they look great. It feels like I'm running on pillows especially when I'm on the golf course. I've been a Caddie for 13 years and Hoka shoes are the best!

Great working shoes since I am on my feet all day , as a healthcare professional. My feet do not feel tired and sore at the end of the day c compared to my other non-Hoka shoes . They have the right cushion and width for my feet.
