WORST HOKA SHOE I'VE PURCHASED. EVEN THOUGH THE SHOE WAS 11.5 IT WAS STILL TOO NARROW AND HAD NUMEROUS "HOT SPOTS" IN THE HEAL AND ARCH'S IN BOTH SHOES. NEED A WIDER SHOE ESPECIALLY FOR MEN WHO BUY THAT SIZE. SADLY I HAVE A PERFECT HOKA BOOT THAT HAS SEEN IT'S FAIR AMOUNT OF DAYS ON THE TRAIL BUT IS REACHING IT'S DX DATE. THEY DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE THAT MODEL. WILL BE SECOND BOOT RETURNED BECAUSE OF SHOE DESIGN.

I had returned a pair of shoes, because the hooks at the top of the shoe were shredding the laces. It seems like that issue has been resolved in this replacement pair. However, I feel like this replacement pair is not as water resistant, or as warm as the last pair of shoes that I had, even though I thought they were the same.

You boots seem to be made for narrow feet...and mine are narrow...it's tight on the outer edges of my big toes...but enough room on the end

Uncomfortable (painful, uneven sole) congested. Need to return the shoes and purchase Sketchers

Run too small

The toe on the sole of the first pair started peeling off within the first 5-10km of using them. Hoka replaced them for me free of charge (although it took a lot of time to go through the process). I took the brand new second pair on a 7 day hiking trip - the sole started ripping again - allowing water in. Spent the next 5 days with a left wet foot. Upon telling Hoka this story, they told me they could't do anything as they were out of stock of the boot. The customer support was even more disappointing than the shoe.
