These were nothing like the Triumph 20’s. These hurt my feet so much, I can’t wear them. Of course, I threw away the box because I assumed they’d be comfortable, so now I’m stuck with a pair of useless shoes.

Absolutely wrecked my feet and not for me. I'm really disappointed and I'm sure it's just an issue with my own needs as a runner. I was excited for a cushion type running shoe but these did not work out well for me.

This product will not work for me. I thought I might need a wide width but did not. They hurt after one mile.

I had the Triumph 19 & 20 and these are very narrow. Wearing them they immediately hurt my feet.

Bring back the Triumph 19s! I feel like each Triumph has gotten worse and worse. I know my shoes are properly sized because I always go up at least a full size for my running shoes. The toe box in these is way too narrow to the point I'm getting terrible blisters on the outsides of my big toe. The whole shoe honestly feels too narrow and I don't have narrow feet. I get a terrible pain on the sides of my feet during the first mile of my runs and truly believe it is the shoe as none of my other running shoes or even my old triumphs do this. Will not be purchasing again in the future.

Not a Wide shoe at all! It was dreadful. Toes buckled with no where to move. These shoes were Very tight all the way to the heel then heel was excessively floppy. Returned. It's very disappointing the one time Saucony offers an array of colors in Wide that the shoes aren't Wide at all.

Loved the shoesat first. Very comfortable and supportive. However, within a week the sole of the shoe was fraying and tearing and within a month, the was a hole in the top of the shoe in the mesh toe box. Very poor quality for the price.

I am begging Saucony to return the Triumph to the structured, cushioned model last seen in the 19 model. Your latest 20 and 21 models lack structure and sit so high, they feel unstable. Why change the offset? The 8mm was perfect. Please stop copying other brands and stick to what you do best. The Triumph 19 was perfect. I own 6 pairs of that model and as they wear out am having to replace with a different brand.

I wore them for a 20 min jog on the treadmill and they were not cushioned enough. I only weigh 110 lbs.

I hoped to get more Saucony shoes that fit comfortably, but was terribly disappointed. No longer are the shoes made to fit a wide foot. They seem to be lacking in enough material to fit properly. The shoes aren't as tall as they used to be, so they are painful to wear.

I've owned two pairs of these previously and would sell my soul. However, I just got a new pair for my recent half and HATED them. I've ran multiple full marathons and have never had a problem and absolutely loved them. I can't even wear these for my short runs now. My feet are killing me. I used to be a faithful saucony runner but I will now be looking into other brands.

I've been loyal since Triumph 9, you just destroyed everything that made this shoe great (heel & arch support, ankle angle, height) to copy Hoka! Launch a new model to copy Hoka if you want, but why anger your loyal triumph customer base. You took a shoe that was great for ankle support and created one that causes ankle injuries because of the instability and unreasonable height. I almost rolled my ankle just trying these on and promptly returned them. I'm looking for a new shoe to be loyal to, unless you bring back the old model of triumphs.

Third time the same shoe came in wide. Despite calling and explaining the first two mistakes, they arrived in wide.

These shoes were absolutely awful. I have 2 other pairs of these and they are great. These felt like there was no cushion and hurt my feet immediately. Would not recommend.

i've been buying this style in an 8 1/2 wide for five years and regularly buy the updated version every year. This new version is not a true wide. It is narrower and longer than any previous 8 1/2 wide so I've bought in the style. it's appointed, had already thrown the box away, so could not return.

Toebox was incredibly small. The only thing I liked about the shoe was the grey color. No arch support and felt unstable in this shoe.

Not happy with where Saucony is going with their runners. Soles are too high/too wide on all points. It's like a foam explosion. As a runner dedicated to their brand, I'm so disappointed to have to start over and find a running shoe that mimics what Saucony had once perfected before following in the footsteps of another brand that boasts huge, squishy foam soles.
