I was really hoping these would be my new work shoe for Spring...they are super cute and fit well. The only issue for me is that I have a low profile foot and my ankle (painfully) rubbed the ridge of the shoe and even with an arch support to give me height it still hit and I knew it would be an issue...so back they go...too bad they are really nice.

The side edge was too high and hit the bottom of my ankle bone. The edge is pretty stiff and bound to cause blisters, so I returned it. The shoe was also very heavy

Four pairs of shoes. Four returns. Thank you Zappos. This review is for ALL SHOE MANUFACTURERS!! These returns are on YOU, not Zappos. These are great waterproof shoes. Rather cute, for the type of shoe. Problem? I’m a 10.5, usually a narrow. There is almost no shoe of any style that I can find that fits. I’ve written to manufacturers, begged retailers for help, but I’m only one person. Maybe I’m the only one with a 10.5 N. Not. I’m so frustrated! Tired of paying over $100 only to keep less than ideal shoes or returning them and wearing Skechers everywhere. True to size/width? Yes, but not true to MY size!

These are awesome! They look great and with a pair of socks immediately comfortable.

Absolutely loved these beautiful loafers . Unfortunately need half size larger. Well made, quality stitching, lovely leather Will continue my search.....

Just a hair bigger than 7-1/2 but great for socks. Short walks so far, but no rubbing anywhere (with socks). Tons of compliments and great design and fit.

Liked the shoes. I wish they would have worked for me. Unfortunately, the sides of the shoe were too tall for my feet and was rubbing against my ankle bone.

I am disappointed these didn’t work out. The edge of the shoe is too high… it kept hitting my ankle and that is not comfortable. Also I ordered my normal size and I felt it wasn’t snug enough. It can with some major creases at the top of the foot and that is not appealing. Makes me think it will look too worn after just a few wears.

Normally a size 9, I purchased a 9 1/2 at the recommendation of Zappos. My heel slips in the heel cup so I will be returning. Shoes look cute and seem comfortable otherwise.

These shoes look as if they have been worn! They are not the style I ordered.
