My husband has owned at least ten of these jackets over many years. Absolutely his favorite by far. They are warm, comfortable and lasting.

My husband bought this jacket to replace his old (10years) LL Bean winter jacket. This new one is great. Perfect fit (XL), warm and light weight. Like the color option too.

Great jacket, comfortable, attractive, and well-made. Washes well. Only "SLIGHT" complaint: I'm driving myself crazy thinking the black looks navy. In some light it definitely looks like a very dark blue; I think I am losing my sanity. The jacket keeps me warm during such panics, however.

This is my third warm-up jacket. First one the zipper broke and L L Bean replaced it. Second one I ruined by hetting paint on it. Love this jacket. From temps in the teens to forties it's peefect.

This is a great jacket that fits well and can be worn with jeans or to work. It is warm enough to fend off the cold but light enough to wear while driving. I purchased 2 to compare colors and kept them both.

I honestly think this is a great jacket; from the silhouette to the style and more. I particularly grabbed this jacket because it seemed like something I would've bought from the thrift. The inner lining is great and warm. Whether you layer this on top of a pullover or not, it just sits well with a number of outfits.

I bought this jacket about 4 years ago as an outside work jacket. The jacket is amazingly warm. I only wear the jacket when the temperature is less than 50 degrees. The sleeves are not lined and I find that I prefer to wear only long sleeve t-shirts or heavier shirts so as to avoid direct contact with the inside of the sleeves. From about 45 to 50 degrees, all I wear underneath it is a long sleeve t-shirt. When the temperature is lower, I wear a long sleeve sweater under it. Granted, the temperature rarely goes below 30 degrees where I live, but I have never been cold in this jacket. I find the slightly insulated pockets to be perfect and the heavy-duty zippers are great as I work outdoors. This is an excellent jacket, and I highly recommend it. I am 5'8" at about 155 pounds. I bought a large so I could layer clothes underneath it and it fits perfectly.

A gift for my son and he loves it. He looks great on it, fit perfectly and comfy.

The fit is a little small. Had to return for an XXL. Body type is 5'9" and about 240 pounds. All the zippered pockets are perfect. The navy color is a rich color and the fleece lining is warm and soft.

Love the color and it fits perfectly well, nice and warm in this below 0 Ohio weather.

This warm-up jacket is a great mid-weight, jacket to stay warm, especially when using layers. I've bought several of them over the years from L.L. Bean either as replacements for those I've worn out or, as I got older and put on weight, to buy the next larger size. These jackets are great as a single layer or when wearing a sweater underneath. The sizes are true to their labeling. They are easy to clean in a normal laundry cycle. Highly recommended.

Great classic jacket that is durable and keeps you very warm. My dad wore the warm up jacket years ago, and now my husband has this new version and loves it.

My grandson is in the military and this warmup jacket fits well and will go wherever he is stationed.

At 74 years old with 5 adult children which have a lot of lawn equip to service and repair as well as my own. The jacket works really well below 25 degree weather to about 10 with 5 to 15 mph. Above that it is to warm and below that requires extra layering. It is my third jacket in 15 years only due to excessive grease from mechanical work. I still use my old jackets to lessen the exposure to grease for my new formal wear. My wife insists on no grease on jackets when we go out.
