Perfect for hiking. A light layer to put on over your t-shirt when you need just a little extra warmth without too much and you can just unzip or easily put it around your waist as you warm up. Perfect for warm days when it is drizzling out.

Good fit (L) and very light. Blocks wind. Elastic cuffs keep cold out. Bug repellent is a bonus.

My husband loves this. Great fitting hood. Best overall "no fly" article of clothing he owns - and he has quite a bit. Black fly season is no longer a problem!

Best jacket ever! I bought one for my brother in law as he has a problem with sun exposure and the weight is perfect! My husband and I both have them and they are wonderful. Perfect weight for evenings and the insect factor actually works!

Very pleased with this jacket to keep mosquitoes away in the warm Carolina mornings. It is very light and cool and fits perfectly. I usually wear a L but the sizing guide suggested an XL. Glad I got the XL regular which is not too big at all. Highly recommend.

This very light windbreaker is well made & looks great! It is a good additional layer when going out in the boat, or anytime a little extra weather protection is needed.

Here's the deal: I'm a mosquito magnet & No Fly Zone works. I have the socks & this jacket & they help keep me sane outdoors. I use everything to repel bugs outdoors-DEET, screen rooms, essential oils, & now these. No Fly Zone makes the biggest difference. I got one for my wife & the hoodie shirts for my kids. Next summer I'll get the pants. Only thing better is wearing nets, which I prefer not to do. Aside from the bugs, it's also a comfy & practical lightweight layer with the hood & stuff pocket. Get one. You won't regret it.

Size is a little tight. Order larger rather than smaller.

Size is small compared to other LL Bean Clothing. Could get a larger size but it is overpriced for what it is. Does not feel durable and the zipper is trash. Might be worth it at half its price. Returning for a refund.

It seems a bit over priced for what it is, but it's a nice jacket. It's light, water repellent, and repels bugs. The things I think it's missing that could really help this jacket get to five stars: zippers on the side hand pockets, an adjustable elastic cord around the hem/waist of the jacket, and a slightly smaller hood or make it adjustable with a cord. Unless you're wearing a big hat or a climbing helmet, the hood is over sized and slumps around your head and there's no way to adjust the hood. Don't get me wrong here - it is a nice jacket, but seems like it should be about $15 to $25 less for what it is; but add the other features and it would be a great jacket.

Disappointed with the fabric and color. Fabric was limp and did not seem to breathe. The color was neither tan nor green. Not typical LL Bean quality!

Had to return... sizing way too small compared to equivalent jackets of competitors.

The fit and color of this light jacket are great. However, the cheap plastic zipper teeth become easily bent and misaligned, and I can no longer use the zipper. An item at this price should be more durable.
