Perfect balance of neutral cushion without being mushy. It feels like the carbon plate provides some structure without being stiff and clunky. My only issue is they are a little narrow at the pinky toe. I'm getting blisters on them and you can physically see the shoe get narrow too early right at the pinky toe. And it's a real bummer the wide version is only in black and out of stock in 12.5. Please widen the toe box a little and/or add more colors bc and availability for the wide version. Thanks for an amazing shoe. The speed 3 was not a good long distance trainer but this is great for daily. Oh and the pocket in the center of the sole picks up big stones if you run on gravel.

I've been running in Endo Speed 3's for both training and races and decided to try a pair of Kinvara pro's to test out the 3/4 carbon plate effect. Frankly, I'm surprised how much I like these shoes! There is certainly more of a rocker effect but I got my stride going pretty quickly. Also, much quicker and balanced than Nike Invincibles which I once wore. I was a bit concerned over the added weight but frankly its a non-issue as I'm older with 10-11 min speed. Lastly, I also have a plate in one foot and a partial knee replacement and I think these shoes are easier on both areas!

I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear, to get in in a large discount. The shoes fit fine and feel good during runs.
I wanted to try the Kinvara Pro shoes, as they offer carbon plates in a 2E shoe. I also have a pair of Endorphin Speed 3’s with the nylon plates, and Tempus shoes. All are 2E width, which I need. The Kinvara Pro seems to have more room in the toe box than the speed 3 or the Tempus.
I used them for a short 4 mile run and an 8.5 mile run. After both runs, my feet felt fine. I was a bit less sore than when running with the Tempus or Speed 3.
I am planning on using the Kinvara Pros in a Half Marathon in April.
Gave 4 stars for style….. only available in black in 2E width ?

Three runs so far and I'm obsessed. I normally run in speed 3's, which I love. But these are even more fun. Bouncy, fast. You really feel the plate sending you forward. So fun when running down hill. I could see myself using these in races as well.
I'm 6 feet. 185lbs. Usually run around an 8 minute pace.

I run 2500-3500kms per year so I go through A LOT of shoes. This is the greatest shoe I've ever put on my foot and I've said that about other shoes. Nothing compares. Great for all training runs on the road and indoor track. Feel like I can run forever without being sore later on. Saved my feet!

Very impressed with this shoe. My first run in it was a 6 mile tempo. I was expecting to average about 7:45, but instead I averaged 7:27. The carbon plate made me feel amazing and I loved the extra foam

Wanted to try a pair of a reasonably priced shoes with a carbon fiber plate. Have run in the Endorphin Speed3 which has the vinyl plate. They are a great shoe which I ran a my second half marathon, I wanted to get a feel for a faster shoe. I wasn't ready to jump to the Endorphin Pro because of the price. I've run in the Kinvara Pros in training and 5K races. They felt fast, comfortable and springy. The speed roll feature really helped improve my stride and felt more efficient with the energy I was expending. My one wish is the wide sizes came in a wider variety of colors.

I've got about 30 miles on these Kinvara Pros so far. The balance of cushioning and responsiveness is perfect for me. I plan to wear these shoes on most of my street runs. I've also got a pair of Endorphin Pro 2 and a pair of Endorphin Elite much more expensive shoes that I'll reserve for races and threshold runs. The Kinvara Pros cradle my feet and fit more snugly than the Endorphin line (which I buy a half-size smaller and lace up very tight). I think the biggest difference is the vertical height of the toebox.
I like the SpeedRoll because most of my runs are tempo runs. Like the Endorphins, the curve on these shoes propels you forward so it feels natural to keep up the pace. The aggressiveness of the curve is similar to the Endorphin Pro (but not the Elite). Saucony claims 90% energy return (vs 95% for the Elite). This feels accurate to me. Overall, a pleasant running experience!
I love that they're so light, but I can see that they're already wearing out (like all of my other lightweight shoes because I am a serious supinator). They say this is the shoe you'll use 99% of the time, but I'm not throwing out my other trainers which I plan to use on recovery runs and group runs to save mileage on these Kinvara Pros.

I bought these to use as a trainer. Superb shoe that felt great on the first run. I was afraid they would be marshmallowly just from how they look. They combine excellent cushioning plus my FAVORITE renovation of recent years, the carbon plate. Did I mention that I LOVE them. Thanks Saucony and design team and testers. They are primo!!!

Looking for a bit more cushy feel than my Ride's, but not as soft as Triumph. This is it!

Like the thick sole, the comfort is great but does not have the same response as the endorphins.

Love these! I typically run in Saucony endorphins from speeds to elites but on my longer slower paced runs I love the comfort of support of the kinvara pros. Lots of cushion and way less impact felt throughout the body especially my knees. The green is such a great color and get many compliments on them every time I'm out with them!

This is the most comfortable shoe I've worn in years! It's shaped in a way to help me move forward and makes taking my next step extremely easy. It's somewhat of a lifted shoe so it makes me feel taller which is always nice. The laces haven't come undone while I'm wearing the shoes once.

These might be the most comfortable shoes ever. They are so light and you feel like you're walking on air. I can wear these all day and never wanna take them off. I love these and recommend them to anyone out there.

So far I have only done a short 5 1/2 miles in it but it is by far the most efficient shoe i have in my line up. I think shoe reviewers got the use for this shoe totally wrong and were expecting something soft etc. If you are a midfoot to fore foot strike the speed roll in this shoe is absolutely phenomenal at how it lets you pick up and maintain any pace.

I have recently jumped back into running, after quite the hiatus. After the first 2 weeks I was surprised by my stamina but shocked with the amount of pain I was feeling. The arches of both feet were killing me. I tried inserts and received no relief. These new Kinvara Pros are unbelievable though, after the first run I knew the solution had been found. I'm no scientist but these shoes allow me to run longer and with no pain .... Not sure how they do it but I recommend to anyone that avoids running because of pain.
