I bought these for my mother’s funeral. They were wonderful. My feet never hurt and they didn’t sink into the dirt at the cemetery. I highly recommend them!

Perfect size and fit. I just don't like the rounded toe look - its not for me. Great shoes, though, all the same.

Love this shoe. Had a camel suede and always looking for other neutrals besides black. Finally saw this taupe.wish Ecco would do a nude color.

The shoe was too small, and the next larger size too large. So disappointing since the style is flattering.

this is a beautiful shoe. I were size 11 and these were too tight and not long enough. Unfortunately, Ecco doesn't make a larger size.

These shoes were a sort of splurge for me as I usually don't spend this much, but prior to finding these I had sent at least a dozen other shoe styles back as none of the cheaper ones worked. These quality buttery-soft leather ECCO shoes fit like a glove, mostly covering my dreaded bunions, well enough anyway. They are comfortable right out of the box. I like that the block heel is designed to look a tad taller than it actually is. I do wish the heel looked a little less like 100% plastic (the black pair), and would prefer more of a stacked heel look, which is why I gave 4 stars for style. The style is understated and basic (though I hate to use that word as the quality takes it up several notches), great for everyday and Sunday church. Unfortunately, the second time I wore these shoes the left shoe developed a definite squeak with each step I took. Zappos refunded, and I've ordered and received a second pair, same happy fit and comfort, no squeak yet (: I would purchase again.

These are very nice shoes and good quality. I really wanted these to work, but I have a very difficult foot to fit and unfortunately had to return them because they were too tight in the forefoot while too loose in the heel (as with almost all shoes I try -- it's me, not the shoe).

The size was perfect. But for a shoe of this price, I could have used more padding-that’s what I was expecting. There is no way I could have worn these shoes all day & night for a wedding. I sent them back, but was disappointed!

Good shows but run large.

I just got these and am wearing them in the house. So comfortable! I am very hard to fit. I have bunions and hammertoes and a thin heel, it often slips. I normally wear a 8.5N. I now have 3 pairs of Ecco shoes in a 38 in different styles and they are all so comfortable. If I ordered them using my US size, they would not be the right size, so beware.

Comfortable out of the box. The strap is going to be a win for comfort and stability. A little old-ladyish, but I'm more into comfort than fashion these days.

Loved them, but I have wide feet and this shoe was just too narrow. I wish Ecco made wide width shoes

This size was too large, and slipping off. The smaller size was too small. So disappointing, since I love the style.

These Ecco Dress Classic 35 Pump shoes size 8.5 M were true to size but they were too tight for me, they were pressing on the top of my foot which made them uncomfortable. This could be due to the shoes being slightly narrower than I expected.

My heel lifts out of this shoe so must go back:)

My usual shoe size is 4.5 M. It is exremely difficult to find shoes in size 4.5 M. I have tried many online shoe sites including small size women's shoes. The only avenue left is to get a half size larger and inseert aerosoles or heel pads as needed. Hope these shoes will fit the best that they can. I am aware than I can return them. I appreciate that you do have a few shoes at Zappos in my size.

The shoe cuts into my foot at the end of my toes. It’s a nice style but uncomfortable and for the price this is a no-go. Too bad

the shoe was too large for me, nice looking shoe, color pretty, I wish they would have feet me. Mostly I wear tennis shoes with ortho's, as I have Neuropathy & arthrities in my feet, Zappos has been great as I've ordered a lot of shoes & returned them, still looking for a dress shoe, with zappos help will find one someday, hopefully soon, Thanks again Zappos

There's something wrong with the right shoe. It seems to be very broken in so that it gaps at mid-foot. Aside from that, the shoes are slightly too large but comfortable and pretty.
