I have recently developed peripheral neuropathy which has made walking nearly unbearable, i.e., a sensation of burning/pins and needles. I researched recommended shoes for this condition and was pleased to see there was a shoe designed to address multiple foot issues that just happened to be WAY more attractive than conventional orthopedic shoes! I ordered these in 10 EE and was surprised to find they were a bit short. I exchanged the shoe for a 10.5 EE and that made all the difference. I just took a two-mile walk and did not experience any discomfort. My toes were free to move so pins and needles did not set in. The shoes come with removable arch support and liners so you can adjust for any heel slippage, etc. As someone with a history of hard-to-fit wide feet, I can say that I have never had such a satisfactory outcome!

I was looking for an all day walking shoe for touring, much of the area will be rocky/ cobblestone. These shoes fit the bill. Great arch and ankle support without looking like hiking shoes. Should go with most anything but a dressy outfit. They do seem a little small and have re-ordered in a 1/2 size larger.

I cannot believe how comfortable this shoe is. It seems to have fixed my problem with heel pain.

This is a light impact shoe that gives a lot of arch support were you need it the most. It is well worth your money.

This shoe was what I wanted--extra-wide width and good arch support. However, it was a bit too big in other areas for me, especially around the tongue of the shoe and ankle area. I felt that it was just a really big, somewhat heavier shoe, and I wanted an extra-wide shoe that was light and comfortable but not at all bulky, so I sent it back. I do appreciate the extra-wide width however, and hope to see more along these lines.

Fit, material and size are all perfect. The heel is just too soft for me. I'm sure other people would be delighted to have shoes that are this comfortable.

Seemed like well made shoes, but wore around house for about 20 minutes and my feet hurt badly.

The toe box is very roomy, and the heel fits snugly and gives great support. With the plastic insert provided the shoe has great arch support.

Glad to have and have not yet placed my orthotics in this pair. I've used them to me with knee rehab as I had 2 surgeries w/in 3 weeks. '

It's very difficult to find a pair of shoes that fit my kind of feet with a high arch and thin feet, and these shoes fit perfectly. I bought a pair that was half a size smaller than usual and it was very comfortable and suitable.

Physical therapist said the sole is too flexible for someone with arthritis and neuropathy.

Excellent shoe for all my foot issues. I am an Orthofeet convert! Nothing but Orthofeet from now on. I am 72 years old, with bunions, high arch, hammertoes, extra wide short foot, atrophied foot pads, and poor circulation. This shoe is comfortable! I can walk for miles, with no issues. They came with extra arch support to add if needed, extra shoe laces, and extra pads to add if needed. Who else does that?

They fit just right and are very comfortable and supportive. Much more so than the previous brand I had been buying, that was often recommended as such. I started having a flare-up of plantar fasciitis recently and the improvement in arch support has been helping significantly. The fabric is able to expand if/when my feet swell without discomfort. Dirt wiped off easily with a damp cloth. Downsides: Not water resistant and not warm enough in the bitter cold weather (with almost no snow) my area has been experiencing. However, that could just be me, as my feet do tend to be very sensitive to cold. I will likely need to get some Orthofeet boots at some point.

This shoe is so comfortable. Felt wonderful the minute I put it on.

First, the bonuses, two inserts in case shoes feel loose, and one set of arch support boosters. Fit for me (8M) in most running shoes is fine. I used the arch supports, easy to install, just enough rise for my feet. No grumbling feet after a day on cement floors.

I have tried on so many shoes for my plantar fasciitis. These are the winner. They feel great and they are cute.

I would have kept but didn't want a white shoe. The Orthofeet website has color options.

The fit was good, shoes are a bit bulky for me. Am considering a return….haven’t decided yet.

length was good, toe box was higher than other brands, high toe box made the remainder of the shoe too deep.

I first ordered these in the size I usually wear and had to size up a half size. They have a lot of cushion on the sole and different options included in the box for arch support. The toe box is fairly generous, which I need. But the end of the shoe is round, and my toes didn't really like the shape. I ended up returning them and keeping a pair of Brooks instead.

Mostly good, but my feet got sore on the bottom within minutes of wearing around the house, even with changing the inserts. They also run shorter than I expected.
