Perfect. There isn't a better word to describe these shoes! My daughter, 8 in 2nd grade, is fairly new to having AFOs and we've gone through a few pairs of shoes already. These are super sturdy, while not being extra heavy and they're SO easy to zip! The independence she has again putting on her shoes in the morning is refreshing! These have easily shaved 10 minutes from the morning routine and we won't go back!

My son received new AFO's that required him to need a wider shoe and we found just what we needed!

Shoes are amazing easy to put on very user-friendly with somebody that has AFOs. I never have to question whether or not they're gonna fit company is very helpful and they come In a variety of styles

I have been a peds homecare nurse for over 30 years and have used Billy shoes with a few of my precious littles. They give children a sense of being normal to be able to wear cute shoes and nurses and parents the convenience of easy on and easy off. Keep up the good work Billy Footwear. This was the first pair I have actually bought but have used several different pairs. They truly make using AFO's an ease.

I think I may have figured out why the zipper breaks. I ordered a double wide this time and she likes them. Easier for her to zip up.

Awesome shoe collection for anyone who wears AFO's!!! The extra wide collection easily fits AFO's and make is so easy to put on/remove.

These Billy kid shoes are functional for me as an adult. The sipper is perfect with my AFO.

Great shoes my daughter she loves them wished we would have ordered a wide instead of extra wide but it's ok they are awesome shoes.

Gift, great-grandson will need a larger pair after surgery this summer. I am sure he will like this design as he has liked this brand after prior surgeries.

I am going to have to say these are such awesome shoes for my grandson who only wears a brace on the left foot. The way he walks does make it wear out a lot faster. I do have a complaint in which I wish you could order 2 different shoe sizes. Because his right side of course, does not have a brace on and I wish that we could order a size lower for that side instead of wearing extra thick socks, especially in the summer. I also wish that they had a more variety of colors and styles in the extra. Wide because. He does have to wear his brace all the time and the other shoes. His foot does not fit in with the brace.

These shoes were another hit for our Shoe Princess. The extra wide width accommodates her AFO's, but the look is "cool kid".
