Have gotten 4 pairs of Billy shoes to fit my daughter's orthotic in over 2 years. They work great and look stylish but no pair lasts longer then few months. The zipper always comes off and the material scuffs off really easily.

We bought these shoes for our son who wears SMOs. These are not the first pair of Billy shoes that he has had over the years but this is the first pair in which the zipper has broken within 2 months of wearing. It is disappointing as they normally last us about a six months to a year before we need to order new ones due to foot growth or normal wear and tear. This is also the first time we got the extra wide width to accommodate the smos, i don't know if that is part of the problem. I still recommend these shoes for those with SMOs, or DAFOs as they are great shoes, however i hope that these zipper issues will be addressed and fixed as they are not cheap shoes.

We get Billy shoes all the time. These run at least a size bigger than all other billy shoes we've gotten in the past. Adorable but stuck w a pair that don't fit.

Very expensive took forever to ship and as you know kids feet grow fast these barely fit and zip up very disappointed in how lack of care and slow to get delivered they charge for shipping and the show but takes over one month to get here! Rip off! Can't believe it like the only choice for special needs people!

IF you can ever find the right fit, they are the best! My son has AFO's and it has been such a frustrating process finding ones that fit. I bought this pair because it was labeled the same way as the ones that work great for him. We were so disappointed when the toe area was much more narrow! Out of the 6 pairs we have bought now, only two worked for him. They were the exact same shoe in different sizes. I know they advertise them to work well with AFO's but for us it has been hard to find the right style. But the ones that do fit him are amazing and we are so thankful to have found something that works.

We bought these shoes for our toddler as he needs SMO braces. They give him great stability, but we are very disappointed that the shoes have already began to fall apart, only after about 2 weeks of wearing them. :( The zipper broke, holes near toes, etc.

My son has worn Billy High Tops in the past but these have left nasty sores on his ankles. Disappointed.

Zipper came off the 3rd time my son wore thw shoes

I have always loved Billy shoes, but we have had these shoes for 1 week and the sole is already peeling off. Third time wearing them. There seem to be some quality control issues as we had had at least 10 pairs of Billys and never seen this happen before.

These lasted about 2 months. Shoe came apart at the zipper, and the zipper broke.

Very disappointed. These are 3 weeks old and the sole is already coming off.

Takes wayyyy too long to get delivered. They say a certain amount of days but ends up being wayyyy longer.

The qualityy of this shoe is way too below the 1 star level. We have been using billy shoes for 4 years now with 6 pairs so far. This is the first one that shows the quality fell. in one week of using, the bottom layer is opening up as if someone sliced the sole. Both shoes started opening up. Will reach out to customer care and see if they can replace

We have been using BILLY shoes for our daughter for a long time because of her AFO's. This particular model has been a disappointment, though. The sole of the shoe begins to separate and split within two weeks of wear. Also the white trim of the sole appears to have cracks in either the material or the coloring within the same time frame as well. Maybe this model is on clearance for a reason?

My daughter has celebral palsy. Because of that she has to use dafos all day, every day. I use to love billy because they are very confotable shoes, make my life easier and they were responsible until my last order. I order a new pair of shoes number 2 and they send me the number 1. I sent so many emails asking for information for a return and they never answer me. I had to keep those expensives shoes with me even my daughter is not going to use them. They have poor communication with the customer and at the moment of a return or exchange looks like nobody is there for you to help.

Great concept, poor quality. Zipper jas come apart from shoe, and zipper teeth broken in 2 weeks.

New black soles started to scuff on first day of use and glue that attaches them does not hold black sole to base of shoe. Also have had the same problem the the zipper as with previous billy high tops. The stichiching for the zipper come apart making the zipper fall off the upper canvas. Please invest a little more care in the manufacturing of you product to make them a little more durable and long lasting.

They are perfect because of they're wide and it's the zipper makes very easy. But I'm very disappointed because I bought these barely 3 months ago and they are already ripped and the zipper also malfunction.

Does not fit. Horrible product and customer service.

I have bought several pair of billys, this pair has been a huge disappointment, around the top the material is ruff and rubbed blisters on my little, also from the get to the zipper was difficult to operate, and now I'm only able to unzip it half way down.

I thought these shoes wound be ideal for my daughter. They ended up being too big, even though she already has the exact same size. Once I went wider, I guess they also make them longer, so size down.

So disappointed! Absolutely LOVE Billy shoes for my daughter! They allow her to be independent with her SMOs. Bought these for her so she would have something other than her typical black or grey and was so disappointed. The zippers have been really stiff and I was hoping they would loosen up as she wore them more but in less than a week the zipper pull broke right off while trying to zipper them. We reattached it and secured it with a players only to have it come right off again the first time she tried to put them on again. I wouldn't recommend this pair, not the usual quality I am use to from Billy.
