One of the soles of the slipper was missing so no support there at all. I was impressed with the pieces added to help with fit but without the sole of the slipper ... well, there was no support. Over all though the slipper was too large for my narrow foot. Please open the previously returned box of slipper and re prepare before it goes to the next customer.

My plantar fasciitis returned after wearing these for less than 30 days. I am returning these today. Two days ago, I spent an epic day on my feet, cooking and baking, wearing these shoes. I even have my prescription orthotics inside them. It is the structure underneath that has no support. I was happy when I received these because you can adjust the fit and make them feel perfect. The trouble came after actually putting them to the test with a day in the kitchen. I am very grateful that I bought them from Zappos so they can go back and I am not out $100 for shoes that are definitely not worth it.

Although I had the correct size, this slipper did not stay on my feet safely. The intep, when tightened with the adjustable strap, did not hit my foot at the correct place to securely hold the slipper on.

The clogs felt uncomfortable and too big.

Didn't look like the picture. The sole and heel did not appear the same as picture. What I received looked like an indoor slipper. Returned. I didn't wear long enough to evaluate size, width or arch.
