How can I return it to get the right size which is a 7 1/2 not a 6 1/2

I have not got my order yet and this company is taking their time in giving my money back to repurchase. Waste of time

Shoes were not in box and now I am told not available.

I ordered a 9.5 women's shoe and was sent a 9.5 mens shoe. I just had major reconstructive knee surgery and can't drive anywhere, and while the customer service rep was wonderful, the email never came through with instructions for returning the wrong product.

This shoes the size is not right .I have to purchase 3 pairs for my son ending return all.The size is not right!!!!

I had to exchange my purchase for a different size and I am very disappointed with how long it is taking at the warehouse to get the exchanged pair out to me. It has been way too long for the price I paid. Very disappointed with customer service.

Iv tried to contact adidas with no response. The shoes were the wrong color and size. I want to return them and I want a refund. Please email with return instructions. Thank you.

We got the shoes with a different size from one side to the other and the color is not exactly the same - yes very weird And now all the sizes are out of stock

I bought online and when I went to Florida Mall to change the size, they didn't give me the service and we had to buy the tennis shoes again.

The return process is horrid and limited options!!!!!!!

The shoes arrived and did not look like the online photo. The white stripes are serrated at the ends and are not attached at the section by the eyelets. I was unable to lace the shoes in as one of the holes was not opened. I tried my best to weave the lace in but could not get it through the eyelet. Super disappointed with the shoes.

Runs too large. Easily picks up dirt. Not ideal for everyday use.

We received wrong size Had to return them Very NARROW, kind poor quality

It shows white laces but gives me grey I don't really understand this

The shoes are way too big. I tried them out for a couple of weeks now I want to return them the tongue is so thick.
