Perfect shoe for going out in and good wide fitting

I wanted to love these so much, but when I opened the box I was very disappointed with the color. Online the orange was so bright and vibrant. In person they looked dirty. The shoe itself is a great shoe. I have them in a different color and get so many compliments on them.

Sooo stiff and uncomfortable! So disappointing, as they looked so cosy and comfy online, they made my feet hurt so much

How can I return it to get the right size which is a 7 1/2 not a 6 1/2

I applied for a return.because of poor customer service I didn't able to return it.they are not helpful towards the customers

This shoe is very impractical, the fat shoe laces makes it a workout to tie. Isn't comfortable at all, despite getting the appropriate size. Disclaimer: Do not buy this shoe. Not worth the money and is not what I expected when I received it.

We got the shoes with a different size from one side to the other and the color is not exactly the same - yes very weird And now all the sizes are out of stock

I have a pair of these shoes that I purchased at a thrift shop. I have worn them for two years and I want a new pair. I check the size on my shoes and order the shoes. Well, sizes have changed. Now an 8.5 is a 42. In my old shoes and 8.5 is a 40. So...they are miles too big.

Runs too large. Easily picks up dirt. Not ideal for everyday use.

Can i get new one please??????????????????????????
