they sent me the wrong size but still cute i guess

These were at least a full size smaller than a Samba or any other adidas sneaker I've worn lately. Very disappointing I had to return

The trefoil on the side of the shoe looks pathetic. They didn't do any quality control. This is pathetic. I ordered two pairs, hoping the second pair would be better. I'm returning them both. So pathetic. The lines don't even line up at all. They had one job, and screwed it up.

Wrong size sent. Was quick to toss the box and hang them in my rack and didn't notice until I decided to wear them. I should have checked.

After 5 tries ordering 5 diff sizes, I give up! Every single shoe has a problem with sizing. The last pair was missing the additional laces!

Didn't like the design looked like kids shoes, I was really excited to try campus but didn't like the rubber on sole

The size guide is totally off. I'm usually a size 5 in sambas, so after looking at the (very incorrect) size guide, I chose to get a 5.5 in these shoes. I get them and they're really small around the toe area, as if the shape of the whole shoe is different making it irrelevant to the size guide. I literally have less than 1cm of space, whereas on my sambas I have LOTS of toe room?? Now they denied an exchange for a bigger size. I failed to realise before the 30 day cut off because I wore them literally once, but you think they'd be able to do something instead of sending me the same automated messages??? I'd steer clear buying these online, their size guides are untrustworthy. Yikes.

I haven't received my exchanges product. It's been over a week

Whole size too big did a exchange only to have the item sell out I don't like the way they promised me a gift card for 25 for all the inconvenience only to never send it adidas sucks

I did not receive the shoes. I returned ones that didn't fit and I am waiting for the replacement. I did not receive them.

The worst pair of shoes I have ever purchased. I have other Adidas in the same size over my life. And they all fit fine. I tried adjusting how the shoelaces were tied. Different types of socks.. nothing helped. They kept sliding up sand down on my right heel when I walk. To point of o blister, after a 2 mile walk. I had to throw them away!!

Nothing you can do about it, you made these specifically NOT in wide width. I had them stretched, but didn't come close. Really isn't the shoes fault.

I have not received my replacement yet! It's been weeks. I have not got a refund nor has the correct size been shipped yet. Why? what's taking so long? I've called and get the run around. No one could tell me when we would be getting our exchange. We are still waiting!

I never received my order and have an open ticket with you and your courier. Have not heard anything back from my last conversation with customer support

I ordered two pair of shoes and only one pair has arrived. You sent a tracking number for them that wasn't a real tracking number. I will file with my American Express to refute the charge for missing paie.

Sent back because of the size & we still got the wrong size.

Received an entirely different shoe -- in a totally different size than I ordered. When I inquired about it, I was told they were out of what I ordered so they sent this alternate instead. What in the world. Would have been better to just say a mistake was made but that's not how it went. I'd order else where to save yourself the trouble.

IT NEVER ARRIVED! I got 2 emails saying it arrived. I have nothing. I called. They said it was under investigation and yet the next day I got an email saying it arrived again. Still no shoes. I am very disappointed in this company!

I can't rate it because I was sent the wrong item. I ordered the last pair in my size only to get the wrong shoe and they are now out of stock. Everywhere!!
