The suede feels velvety and high-quality. They are true-to-size and felt comfortable right out of the box. The insole is removable, but it is very supportive with good arch-support. The sole has great traction and I love that it is a low heel. I've been looking for mid-calf boots in a gray color for a long time and these did not disappoint! I bought these from the Revitalign website, but since there are no reviews for them anywhere on the internet, I wanted to add mine here.

I’m in love with these boots! They are very comfortable and they look awesome on. I highly recommend these boots. I normally wear a 6.5 and that’s what I purchased. Zappos is the best!!

I bought several pairs of boots to try. I really didn't think I'd keep these.... Until I tried them on ...I didn't want to take them off my feet! They are so comfortable. The lining is beautiful... And warm. I am so glad I ordered them.

Ahhhh, I could wear these all day! Just what I was looking for; quality, comfort, and a classic look. I have a wider foot and these fit perfectly even with thick socks, which is just what I wanted. Highly recommend, esp. if you have a wider foot and/or want to wear thick socks for cold weather.

Great fit and feel. No soreness while breaking them in. Pretty pattern on the inside fabric.

Really cute. The calf cut is much bigger than I need (when will shoe designers learn that bodies don't necessarily scale with foot length?) so they look a little baggy up top. But they're lovely otherwise.

I just have to write this review. So I have been buying boots for decades now, and most of them claim to be comfortable. Even when I scour reviews, I’ll see SO many claims of comfort and get excited and purchase a shoe. I have yet to find a boot that is truly comfortable, especially after long periods of standing. That is until I reluctantly purchased these. I honestly can’t believe it. Finally, a truly 100% comfortable boot exists, that is also very cute. These fit true to size and I can’t recommend them enough. They are ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE. I have already purchased another pair in a different color. May go for a third color, ha.

I loved this boot. It's almost exactly what I have been looking for. Unfortunately, the calf is way too wide for me and it really sticks out so I had to return them.

I wasn't too sure about ordering these but took a chance because I've been looking for a grayish boot with a sole that can hold up in the snow and slush and was reasonably priced. These boots really are cuter in person than they look online! Just a little narrow when I first tried them on because I have a wide foot, but after wearing for about 30 minutes they stretched out to a perfect fit. Color is nice and goes with a lot - can be worn with jeans or skirts. They are keepers!

A little big on the calf, but my legs are thin, so maybe OK. Otherwise very nice boots. Easy to walk in.

These are beautiful shoes. Fit true to size in length and width.

I was surprised how comfortable these shoes were out of the box. Usually I have to wear them in a but these fit really well. The only thing is the top part is a little narrow so if you have wide calves they may not fit well.

fits true to size, with rooms for warm socks. They look cuter when wearing than when you just open the box. I have small calves and lots of boots are way too wide, but these look fine (not snug). My new winter favs.

It's ok, cute boot, lil small and narrow but good buy and nice looking.

I ordered my normal size, 8, but the boot felt short when it arrived and my little toes were pinched. I ordered the 8.5, which felt better length-wise, but my feet felt like they were swimming.

I love Revitaling boots. They fit me perfectly 8.5 M. I have 3 older model pairs. The arch support is perfect for my plantar fasciitis. Some other orthotic-like shoe/boot companies have sharper arches that are actually painful. Revitalign is just perfect. Why the overall 1 star is because the black pair I received had white scuff marks on the back of both heels as well as the side of the heels. For $170 boots, I couldn't keep them. If they were more subtle barely could see scuffs I would have considered keeping them. Disappointedly, I had to return them
