I was extremely disappointed by the color of the shoes. I ordered the one in Cloud White / Core Black / Grey One, and it came out completely different than what the pictures showed. Customer service told me that this was normal due to lighting differences but I don't buy that explanation. I will admit that they are very comfortable and good-looking; it's just disappointing that the color shown online was nothing like what I received in the box.

Never received the product. went to the store they were shipped to, and they couldn't find my order. They told me to call corporate about the issue which I did and it was never resolved and I was not refunded.

This review is about Zappos customer service. I received this item in November 10th. It had clearly been worn, scuffed on the bottom, and the shoes were in a plastic bag. I tried to call to have a new item shipped and the customer service agent put another shoe in my cart. I should not be inconvenienced by Zappos for selling and shipping me a used item.
